Emma welcomed my wife and I with open arms and a warm smile. The whole evening's experience was in the same style, centered around a marvellously equipped kitchen at her home in Constantia. She led us stylishly through four courses, with each course accompanied by an approppriate drink. The simplicity of her recipes is refreshing indeed, allowing a non-chef like... More

A 70th birthday treat for our best friend, Rex, on his first visit to South Africa from the UK, with his wife, Scottie. What a great evening we had! Emma makes it look easy, and yet there is a lot of precision in her cooking. It must be right, or not at all... 5 recipes the same night... and the feeling that it can be done again, alone... We shall see! It is a great way to spend the evening, learn, meet new people and to feel that Italy... More

She and her husband and helper, Rosie, all make the participants feel very relaxed - definitely a case of 'sua casa et mia casa'. It was great to learn the method of making feather light Italian meatballs. Emma is very generous with her knowledge and is... More

Why go to Italy, the best Italian cooking school is in Cape Town. Emma's knowledge of Italian food is outstanding, very beautiful experience. Your mussel starter was delicious and I enjoyed your funghi risotto very much. Thank you... More
