Went for lunch and enjoyed every minute. The food accompanied with selected wine was fantastic. Sitting on the terrace overlooking the wine estate enjoying good food, wine and good service. A perfect lunch.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Glen Carlou vineyards recently. The young man who conducted our wine tasting was knowledgeable and pleasant and all the wines we tasted were of a very high standard. The added bonus is that the gorgeous thatched visitor centre has lovely views of Paarl and the surroundings. The restaurant menu looked good, but as... More

Glen Carlou was an incredible afternoon for us- the destination is gorgeous and the inside of their modern building is beautiful. I went here before I had much knowledge about wine, but for being a novice I was very happy with the selection and information we were provided. The pours were generous and I would recommend this to anyone who... More

Hey, yes the Soulman loooooove wines and good food! This is a most place to stop by, have lunch and taste the wonderful wines of Glen Carlou followed by a visit of the exquisite art expo. Not your typical cape style vinery, more modern Africa meets classical winemaking meets the modern art of the world! My third visit and definitively... More

I love Glen Carlou's wines and it is indeed one of my favourite lunch destinations when friends are visiting. Choose from the a la carte menu, enjoy the views overlooking the valley...and don't forget to make a turn in their contemporary gallery! Everything is modern and open, a rather pleasant change from all the Cape Dutch traditional farms.

A modern building looking towards the Paarl Mountains. The tasting was OK, but the staff seemed to be short on knowledge on the different wines. We stayed for lunch which was OK, but nothing special

I have been to many wine estates and wine tastings in the Cape and i must say, this is one of my new favourites. I will definately go back again. The tasting room looks good and feels good. It has a stunning view over the vines and onto the mountains. The wine tasting staff do a great job and know... More
