Buy your tickets Online...the quees can be huge. Also the waiting time to get the cable car is long, because there are only 2 and they are slow. Consider at least one hour to get in. On top the views are amazing but it can get really cold so take a coat.

A cut above mere Lands End in Cornwall - this is the tip of the whole continent of Africa although a pedant did tell me that it is not actually the most southerly point. Whatever. It is certainly a lot more impressive than Lands End and the view from the old lighthouse, once you've got your breath back, is amazing.... More

If you are in Cape Town, please do yourself a favour and visit Table Mountain! Check regularily with your hotel or the website to see if it is open. Often closed because of wind, fog. We went in the morning after being close pretty much all week it was packed. The queue to get up took over 2 hours. When... More

Well, this is the place that you have to visit if you are in Cape Town. And the views from the top are just spectacular. If you have a clear sky that day, then the views are even better.

This location probably doesn't need a review because it is a national treasure. If you can you must visit this attraction. The cable car taking you there is a great experience. Once on top take your time to walk around and take in the magnificent views. An absolute must to visit. Wait for the guided tour. Very interesting.

You walk on that mountain at great risk because there are criminals with a mixtures of guns, pangas (massive sharp things that can remove a head), knives, screw drivers .... roaming around the place. You can be lucky and not have a problem, but the risks are getting worse and the actual crimes committed on the mountain are apparently kept... More

Good guide leaflet, well signed, natural beauty to explore by foot, car or bike. Easy upward climb to Cape point or by rail. lovely walk over to Cape of good Hope, again easy path to follow with fantastic beach en route (if you can do steps) wild ostiches and a fresh breeze from the seas

check the weather first and don't go if it's cloudy. Wonderful views from the top of table mountain particularly at sunset.

What should I say about one of 7 wonders of nature? It's just amazing. The cable car is very nice too. The climb is very fast and panoramic. The only suggestion is choose a clear and cloudless day, to enjoy all the angles!! Have great pictures!!!
