We did the afternoon tour and were picked up at 1 o'clock. The driver was waiting outside for us on time and was very friendly. The tour didn't begin till about 2 as we had to pick up other people, cant complain about that, we could have opted for a private tour but we didnt so knew what we were... More

On a recent vacation in South Africa my friend and I used Prime Tours to book three excursions with African Eagle. We had a great time on all of the trips! Didier was our driver for two of the tours--a Wine Country tour and a tour of the Cape. He was interesting, well informed, and spoke excellent English. He shared... More

This tour was very average…actually it was kind of boring. You spend a lot of time on the bus. However it was great to see the penguins at Boulders Beach. Unfortunately they do not take you to the Cape of Good Hope, which I thought they would. I read the brochure too fast. They take you to the Cape of... More

It was just OK. You spend more of your time in the car than you do at the actual sites. Driver was friendly and very nice. Just wished we got more out of it.

I have been on several day tours in South Africa and this one was undoubtadly the best. Thomas our guide was very informative, fun, interesting and not less importantly- a VERY good driver! The full day tour got me everywhere I wanted to see outside of central capetown, in good timing and a peaceful, fun atmosphere. I was travelling alone,... More

I really wanted to go see the penguins in Simons Town and see the Cape of Good Hope and I really needed it not to take all day, so this tour was perfect. I was able to book for a Sunday, they picked me up at my hotel. The only downside is that the penguin entrance and the funicular were... More

Very good township tour which included a stop at district 6 museum. I have to admit I wasn't overly fussed about visiting the museum but am really glad we did now. It gives you a real insight and if really good talking to some of the old residents of district 6. The township tour was good, perhaps a little long... More

I joined the Peninsula Full Day Tour to see all the attractions of the Cape Peninsula and it was stunning. We had a really good tour guide telling us a lot about the history and current affairs of every single place we visited. We drove along the coast so we got to see many beautiful beaches and places, visited cape... More

Had 2 brilliant tourguides on my city tour and cape tour, well informed, well organized og friendly. Unfortunately I can not say the same about my townshiptour where I was the only guest. A person was sleeping in the back of the car and guide just rambled his usual stuff, could have been a tape playing. First stop was at... More

I wanted to book a private tour for two with African Eagle, but due to miscommunication caused by the concierge at my hotel, I ended up being on the group tour. Despite my early doubts, it went off well and we weren't starved of time at any place on the Full Day Cape Peninsula Tour. The vehicle was good with... More
