I stumbled upon the Biscuit Mill on a trip to Cape Town a few years back and couldn't believe my luck. The biggest issue with the place is trying to decide what to eat. There are so many amazing food stalls that choosing just one (or even two) things is overwhelming. However, once you've made your selection, going outside to... More

Go here on a Saturday without breakfast. In fact, it doesn't harm to skip dinner the previous night. In this nicely located food market with space to sit and enjoy your food you will have a hard time to decide how to fill the limited space your stomach offers. Add to this the design market with beautiful, though pricey, hand... More

Arrive hungry to the bustling Saturday market, or visit for fine dining and crowd-free shopping on weekdays. The best way to get there on a Saturday is by cab, or if you have to park, use the parking at the College opposite. Fabulous food, great clothing market, with superb designer stores and arts and craft by some of SA's most... More

Food food food! A smorgasbord of fresh food and alternative delights! You won't be bored on a Saturday morning...eat, drink and be very merry! Top class stuff which shouldn't only be restricted to Saturdays...

As far as Markets go... This is probably the best one that I have been to in the country. There is a flavour for everyone! The market is very well run and there are strict rules for those that have been lucky enough to get a stand so service, presentation and quality are top class! Everyone is very friendly and... More

Rub shoulders with the Uber trendy and pay a fortune for food! This market is hugely popular and very expensive yet fun to visit. Many food stalls and a craft and clothing section as well as cute shops. Go early!

Saturday morning and its always a hustling and a bustling at the Ol' Mill. The variety of eats and drinks and catching up with friends for brunch is just sublime..... and to shop to take some unusual treats to friends or even to one's own home offers diversity. Freshness. The atmosphere is fabulous, too much to sample from the genuine... More

The Old Biscuit Mill- everyone loves it. Everything is on offer on Saturdays from fresh organic food to wine, beer, flowers...you name it! It's such a vibe and is crammed with locals and tourists alike all having the best time. During the week it's open for business as well with a few top end stores selling wares like ceramics, clothing,... More

What a nice little farmers market. Packed with fresh produce, baked goodies, freshly made eats, biltongs etc. I suggest heading over early, as it can get really crowded and pretty unpleasant later in the morning. Also quite difficult to find parking when arriving late. Not cheap but worth seeing. Cute stalls and goodies to see too.
