The Biscuit Mill is well worth a trip of a Saturday morning! It has become very much part of the furniture in the Woodstock area and is responsible for a number of very cool craft/furniture-shops/cafes sprouting up in all directions away from 'the Mill'. Which are as interesting. The market itself caters for all ages/types and is full of excellent... More

Was recommended to visit this place by a waiter at the V n A after we complemented the oysters we had eaten. Boy was it a great tip. The old biscuit mill is buzzing with locals and tourists alike for reasons made obvious as soon as you walk through the gates. Wonderful stalls and stores containing all kinds of art,... More

Amazing market on a Saturday morning! So fun, great atmosphere-fabulous local food and drink vendors plus lots of cute shops. Don't have breakfast and head straight here ready to eat and drink and take in the sights and sounds,(for Londoners it reminds me a bit of a Borough Market in Shorditch!)

Best place to go on Saturday when in Cape Town. You will be offered variety of fresh food. My favorite dishes are the poached eggs and the pita. I did not like the Belgium waffles. I found them under cooked.

Need to look at map to find, if going by car best from Waterfront area as you can follow signs better. Car park inside area of mill but small, can park on road if going on a Saturday need to start early. Man showed sparking spot in road, very polite and told us not to leave a thing valuable on... This is a great place to chill and chat, meet friends and enjoy some worldwide cuisine or do some shopping. The Old Biscuit Mill might be that place where foreigners meet with and get to know the locals. The food is great... you are spoilt for choice. A must visit!

You can find out any food that you feel like from the selections. Lots of food from pizza to beef ribs, from pancake to salad, from fresh oyster to icecream, from grilled mushroom to homemade cheese, from fried pork dumpling to kimchi...Just bear in mind, you have to be there super early, parking is a little bit annoying since it's... We went to the Old Biscuit Mill on a Saturday morning while the market was on. We were definitely happy to have such an exeprience. It is a great ambiance with live music, local grown organic products and you can eat literally anything you feel like!

A nice place to visit on a Saturday. Lots of fresh food, drinks and little stores selling a variety of things. Can get very busy, so like to go early, have something to eat and leave. Ideal for tourists
