Nothing was too much trouble. The caddie was excellent and the Starter Ian,was most helpful and obliging. The Course was not overpriced and an easy walk. The condition was excellent too.

During our visit from Oman we experienced a well organised day at Rondebosch. This golf course is challenging when the wind blows and surprised many of us. The club is wonderful and close to our golf club(Ghala golf club) in Oman. Friendly and very much affordable. Value for money and friendly as a bonus.

The staff are very friendly and in summer there is a special price of R120 if you tee off after 4pm. You can then try and fit in as many holes while the sun is shining. Greens in great condition. No water shortage in this area. Great course.

Some interesting holes with good views of the mountain but not the best golfing experience in Cape Town.

Although one of the less glamorous clubs in the Cape, Rondebosch is always in good condition and the greens are some of the best in the Cape. With two rivers running through it the water comes into play on at least three holes. There is good water bird life on the larger river and excellent views of Table Mountain. Unfortunately... More

the layout of this course is great. nicely modulated, with lots of old trees. nice to play... BUT... it's not the fault of the club, that the course is squeezed between mayor traffic roads with lots of noise. but it's the clubs fault (poor management or lack of funds ?) that the fairways are more or less brown and definitely... located 10 mins from the city centre. the golf course is in excellent condition. Well placed bunkers and many water features makes this golf course good for both low and high handicaps.

I played here in July, we were to be a two ball but I ended up on my own, with my wife caddying ish. Unfortunately the starting hole was the 10th and we were stuck behind a ladies competition. I have always found ladies at my club quick players, these ladies were not and it was pointed out to me... More
