We went last weekend to camps bay just to find the sandbar closed and there is a "chick" new bar in place..
Used to my Long Island ice tea at the sandbar I ordered one... What a mistake, this must have been the worst cocktail we ever had...so sour that you could not drink it.. After complaining we where told...

Cape Town was really sad when the Sandbar closed down. The good news is the Grand restaurant next door is serving the Sandbar menu for breakfast and lunch. So - the old sandbar crowd now meets up at the Grand! RIP Sandbar - which was my favourite place!

Very trendy at night and excellent during the day. The staff are all very good and it had a great vibe.
