I am not much of a beach person, yet had a pleasurable stay here. Chilling after a hike. Beware of the water though ... it is chilly

it appears that this lovely beach is one of very few to offer loungers and cushions as well as the odd vendor selling their wares. When we visit Cape Town we alway's try to stay around the Camps Bay Area, the restaurants are to die for, food is great & the service out of the top shelf. There nothing more relaxing & siting at one of the beach front restaurants with a great bottle of wine & gazing at the awesome view of the beach... More

Amazing beach is all that I can say. I was there the entire day and felt like minutes. Watch out for the people selling on the beach because they are very persuasive.

Of all the beaches at the north side of CT, Camps Bay is the nicest. The boulevard, long sandy beach and the trees make it look like Miami. Recommended.

Beach volleyball nets are in front of Bay Hotel. They allow max 4 nets. Possibility to rent sun loungers and umbrellas. Plenty of restaurants and bars along the beach.

Nice beach, good atmosphere, as a tourist we felt a little harassed by locals trying to sell things. But overall worth visiting
