Lunch and drnk is included in the green fee...so that nice....but is an expensive course to play by South African standards- but those earning Dollars or Euro's wont think its too bad.

This world-renowned course was designed by Gary Player, and is the home of the Nedbank Golf Challenge, an annual golf tournament with total prize money of US $4 385 000. This picturesque 18 hole, par 72 walking course is surrounded by a 5km scenic running trail.

The Gary Player is a typical championship golf course. It is long, hard, actually very long and very hard…
It is indeed a walking course, so when it is hot, you are going to suffer. Holes are miles long, green are very difficult and if you score around your handicap, you are a very good player.
Food is awful, but...

No more buggies allowed at GP course so if you find walking a long course difficult then rather play Lost City. The distances between greens and tees can be long and in the heat it's a bit of hard work!

I'm sure my husband loved the golf when he played, but I had lunch there - very nice Chicken Caesar Salad.
