To little space, to much to say, I have been a frequent visitor to the park since a very young child, these pics are from the 2012 trip, we stayed at Mopani, Olifants only as it was a last minute arrangement, to get in at Satara which I believe is the best game viewing camp you have to book long... Although this was not my first trip to Kruger, it was definitely the most enjoyable. We stayed at Satara the first night and Skusza the second. The Sunset Drive from Satara was great although, if going at this time of year, make sure to dress warmly. The open trucks can get quite cold. To watch cheetahs stalking prey, rhino's, elephants,... The experiences of Kruger can't be beat, no matter what time of year we have gone--we have also followed advice not to go in December when international tourists abound. We have been charged by elephant, had lions walk by us and were about three feet away. We watched a lioness stalking for breakfast, watched three rhino in a row who... More

The individualized game drives, attentive and knowledgeable game rangers. A beautiful thing was the rhino nursing its young! Great for birdwatchers and bird watching enthusiasts. Simply amazing.

We have just returned from Kruger, entering through Crocodile Bridge. The park is fantastic! We saw Lions, lots of Rhino, Elephants, Zebra, Wilderbeast, Water Buffalo and a croc, plus many more animals and lots of colourful birds. I think more could be done to protect the Rhinos, but this would involve a more thorough check for weapons that may kill... More

It has been a year since our visit to the Park yet the memories, as I sit here in Athens, Greece & the Balkans THIS year, take me right BACK to Krueger National Park! My husband and I often say there is no time for "do-overs" as we don't have enough life to experience ALL that we'd like to see... More

Park is not a word for this place, its practically a country, 20,000 square kilometres thats about the size of wales. You need a car or a tour . Lots of elephants. But we saw all the big five. I suppose you could spend 2 weeks there and still not see everything. It should be on everyone bucket list of... More

Berg en Dal rest camp is probably the most easily accessed camp within the Kruger park boundaries from Johannesburg. Its a great start off place to explore the southern parts of the park before heading north deeper into the park. The rest huts within the camp are of a reasonable standard, and are clean. The camp has a restaurant and... More
