Kruger National Park was amazing, and we were quite lucky with everything we experienced. We recently visited Kruger in September 2014, which is considered low water season due to their end of winter. Therefore, it’s assumed visitors can find animals more easily at the water holes. While we didn’t always see animals there, and most of the water holes were... More

Four off us stayed at the new Mjejane Resort linked to the Kruger National park. The Unit we stayed in for 7 days was incredibly comfortable and had everything we required. Including a small plash pool, a braai area, and a balcony over looking the water hole. The service from the Staff is exeptional. I recomend any one looking for a... More

At the end of August 2014 , we stayed in Olifants Camp in the Kruger National Park , with family and friends from Australia. The camp is being revamped , and the reception is not fully operational as yet.We found the staff generally helpful , but no interested. The bungalows are run down and not very well maintained, with A/C... More

We entered the Park at the Kruger Gate and drove to Skukuza. Not much game en route. The short distance to Lower Sabie was much better for game viewing. We could only get one night stay at Lower Sabie because of its popularity. It is a real gem! We had a bungalow facing the Sabie River near the end of... More

Arguably the best place in Africa to do an African Wildlife Safari because of many reasons. First, the country itself where it is located, South Africa is a diverse country. It offers a lot to tourists not only Safari or its flora and fauna but also others like wine vineyards, diverse cities, friendly people, relative safe to other African countries, no... More

A don't miss while homo sapiens are allowed out on the animal trails. Do it like a native, rent a car, stay in the local huts, drive thru the park between 6 AM & 6 PM

I love photography, especially of wildlife. Kruger is a paradise for viewing and photography. Don't be cheap and use just a camera phone. You need some sort of telephoto lens. I loved every aspect of the park.

I was fortunate enough to go with our company jet to Limpopo and Mpumalanga last year, and while on the trip, my directors took us on a short (5 hour) drive through the Kruger. I'd been 4 or 5 times before and was not expecting to see much, because in November there is so much rain, that the animals do... More
