There is a short walk in the park,. There are mainly birds , no mammals. Very nice and tranquil, especially early morning. It is a good park for bird watchers.

Wonderful place for trail walking and most spectacular views from all over the reserve. And the beach is unspoilt, waterfalls, unique pebbles, the black waters of the storms river running into the sea, Staff very friendly and helpful.

Walk through a trail for an hour to get to a waterfall where you can swim in the black water which is rich in nutrients for your hair..

This is our regular stop on our way from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town if we are not in a rush. There is a SANPARKS campsite situated on the Touws River called Ebb and Flow: We stay on the South site as the North loses the sun early in the day. River view sites are the best so get there... More

Extremely disappointing experience. Was looking for some serious walking. Purchased a Park Permit (R200), only to find that due to heavy rain the previous day, most walks were considered too muddy to explore. The R200 was refunded without question when we left!

Canoeing and hiking up to the falls of the park is a nice option if you want to spend a half-day or maybe a whole day in the park. There are lots of birds to see and even some bigger animals (we spotted an impala right in front of us, when walking to the falls. Pretty cool). The hiking trail... More

so beautiful. I was in awe of the beauty. walk has lots of steps though, closer to the waterfall. so take it slow, if you are not fit.

Spent longer than required on the Touws river kayak. Kingfishers and Turacos in abundance. Book the 5 hour Canoe - the time is well spent and the hike was pretty decent on a medium level

A great place for seeing Knysna Lauries and other birds near the camp ground by the lovely river. There are 2 good bird hides in the park also. . . King Fishers, Fish Eagles, and all kinds of wading birds are present. . . Great!

Words cannot discribe this amazing place. The trail was a very easy walk to the waterfall, where you can swim in clean water.. don't be fooled by the dark colour it's perfectly safe and trust me, you'll love it! Eden adventures is also a great place to get a canoe to paddle up the river and feel like you're the... More
