Fun in the sun

you have to go early. swim and play till you get hungry. It would be awesome if you can take your own food in.

After spending some time at uShaka Marine World in the morning, we headed to Wet 'n Wild for some fun in the sun. It is a great place for a family outing. There are many rides/slides, pools and a wonderful relaxing lazy river. The park caters for all ages. Great day except for the food. There was very little to... More

We had a really fun day out. We did the snorkelling @ R90.00 each for 30 minutes, the Shark Cage @ R170.00 a person for approx. 12 minutes, and just had a whole lot of fun on the water slides, drank a few cocktails, weather was great and it wasn't too busy as it was a weekday, out of season,... The wet n wild is certainly a wet n wild experience. A lot of fun and the water slides can be quite scary, the long one is certainly not for the faint hearted. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who visits Durban; if you looking for some great fun, this is the place to be

Everytime we went to Durban we do not miss to go to Ushaka Wet and Wild. There is a pleasant atmosphere and what I like the most is that people do not worry how you look or what you wear.

This was great fun! Slides are excellent! Was a bit on the cold side but not overly bad! Really enjoyed the day here! Wanted to go back!

Part of the Ushaka Package, worth doing. Lots of people and the shows are in demand so get your tickets early and get in early to maximize time, tickets sell out fast!

so safe, exciting, adrenalin-mad, sun and fun and energy-burning, relaxing in some ways and adrenalin-filled in others, brilliant for kids too

I have to admit that I didn't personally go on any of the slides or swim in any of the pools but I took a group of teenage boys for the day and they loved it. That may be all I need to say by way of recommendation. Personally, I thought that maybe there wasn't the greatest variety of activities... More
