We usually try to stop and look around the grounds and shop inside. We get there early the day of the Rt 66 Fun Run other wise there is no parking since there are so many Classic Cars and there are so many people it is hard to look at every thing. Make sure to stop and leisurely stroll around.... More

Great place to visit during our Route 66 trip. One of the best souvenir places in the route, with plenty of pictures to take.

My 86 year old dad loves road trips and is nostalgic for Route 66, so during a trip to Flagstaff he talked us into driving to Hackberry to see the General Store. Admittedly this place would not be a destination for most, but for anyone driving through it's definitely an interesting place to visit with a lot of photo ops.... More

Touristy, lots of Route 66 memorabilia and of course the requisite t-shirts,etc. Some food. Quaint and interesting. Take your picture with the corvette out front.

We were recommended to visit this place by a local shop owner in Seligman, and we are so pleased we found it. What in interesting place, full of memorabilia, interesting soverniers and yes we bought a mug! The old garage out back was of great interest to my better half, right up his street with old machinery. Several old cars... More

The Hackberry General Store was the third stop we made on our Historic Rte. 66 journey between Kingman and Flagstaff. It was packed with a huge variety of knick-knacks and kitsch from times gone by. There was a gorgeous body model doing a photo shoot by the vintage Corvette. (They said I could take pictures, but if she minds, I'll... More

This is a great place to stop along Route 66, if you are planning on going that way anyway. They have lots of great memorabilia. Very friendly staff, but not much in the way of amenities out that way.

Great stop to stretch the legs and buy your classic route 66 souvenirs. Classic cars and signs providing excellent backdrops for family photos.

This is a very nice store. It is sort of a Museum and is quite nice in a very old fashioned way.We have taken guests here many times and all seem to enjoy it a lot. They have a lot of old memoribilia and items of interest to many of us old timers and also the younger folks

From my 85 year old mother and 74 year old inlaws to my 13 year old son--we all agreed this was super cool. We stayed for quite a while taking it all in. Quintessential Route 66. Fun and great prices. I was glad we stopped. We travelled Route 66 so this wasn't out of the way but rather part of... More
