This is a very nice store. It is sort of a Museum and is quite nice in a very old fashioned way.We have taken guests here many times and all seem to enjoy it a lot. They have a lot of old memoribilia and items of interest to many of us old timers and also the younger folks

From my 85 year old mother and 74 year old inlaws to my 13 year old son--we all agreed this was super cool. We stayed for quite a while taking it all in. Quintessential Route 66. Fun and great prices. I was glad we stopped. We travelled Route 66 so this wasn't out of the way but rather part of... More

If you are planning a Route 66 trip then you must stop to this store which also inspired the store (clearly the same) in the Pixar movie "CARS". A real taste of the old Route 66! Prices for souvenirs are good and we bought quite a few things also to support the store owners keeping this lovely piece of history... More

Great stop on old Route 66. Lost of fun things to see, and buy. They have a great old shop dog there named Max. One note, as we left, our GPS directed us to Hackberry Road. It makes for a fun story, but a scary drive. It is a long, long looooong dirt road and every time we thought we... More

A very interesting throwback to Route 66 heydays. Full of nostalgia from back in the day. Many old memories are for sale. This place comes up fast when driving so keep an eye peeled. If you miss it, you must turn back, it is well worth the visit.

We drove purposefully to visit this store. I had read that this was "a must". Maybe because my expectations were high, I was disappointed. The outside has a lot of old stuff and we did take some pictures. When I went inside, I found the restroom a little creepy with a couple mannequins simulating Marilyn Monroe. I made a token... More

What a find! This is a step back in time with lots of souvenirs of Route 66. We also found pictures of The Beatles and other 60's stars. It is the original store featured on Route 66 signs. Coffee for $1 and a very friendly sales lady. My husband loved all the old cars and equipment in the yard around.... More
