The pass is after a fun filled ride of twists and turns between Cold Spring and Oatman. Closer to the wild donkey mining town of Oatman.. It is a beautiful perch off the side of the road looking towards mountain claims and beautiful full sunsets .

If you want to see the inspiration for Radiator Springs in the Disney Cars movie, then you should take the Oatman road (Route 66) from Kingman to Oatman, AZ. Site graves Pass in particular is a great place to watch the sunrise.

Difficult to comprehend this was a major highway some years ago. Plenty of space to pull off and appreciate the view. Being local, this is place I enjoy bringing visitors and then continue on to Oatman.

A worthwhile stop when traveling Historic Rt. 66. The road is a bit challanging but gives a feel for what the travelers of the 50's and 60's endured.

Somewhat of a rough road driving from Kingman to Oatman but, well worth the views and experience. There is a sign marking the pass but no place to stop and take a photo.

Great views from the pass. If you are a nervous driver (or passenger) this road may not be for you? The road is narrow, sheer drops and little in the way of barriers.....you have been warned. Once up in the Black Hill the route to Oatman over the pass is about 6 miles.....the return trip is easier as you are... More

This is not much more than a scenic and interesting drive on historic Route 66 but it's an exciting drive at times with some seriously sharp switchbacks. Anyone going from Kingman to California would well advised to travel the old route and experience the Pass (and Oldman), it's far more interesting than the Interstate

This pass divides Kingman, AZ from Bullhead City, AZ. Found on West Route 66 about 27 miles out of Kingman and maybe 4 miles before the old mining town of Oatman. Do not believe any of the grave markers you find at the point....unless you believe Jimmy Hoffa is really there. There is a nice flat rock to sit on... More

Worth a stop for pictures on the old road to Oatman. Good point for viewing the old road as it winds around the mountains from Kingman to Oatman and then back to Needles.
