It is a while since I was last at the centre, but it will be seeing my family and I again within the next two weeks. This time I want to try and photograph a cheetah running during the display! It is a great opportunity to see many other animals that are normally hard to see in a nature reserve.

We attended the sanctuary on Saturday 22nd march, it was a very informative afternoon and my highlight was touching Zorro the Cheetah. A must for all to see and experience!

This centre is so well run, educational and very well set out. All guides so knowledgable and interesting to listen to. Stroking a wild cheetah amazing, these animals are beautiful and need looking after for future generations. Other interesting animals there like the wild dog really pretty but not welcomed by farmers so they are being kept here to keep... More

This facility is impressive. There are lots of animals- even honey badgers and African wild dogs! The game ride is very informative. There are a lot of cheetahs- even "King cheetahs" who have a distinctive pelt and were thought to be a different species. Getting to pet a cheetah was fun even though I colud see that he didn't enjoy... More

Also known as The Ann van Dyk Cheetah Centre - De Wildt, we arrived early morning to view the Cheetah Run, which was a fantastic introduction to the centre.... the amazing speed these elegant beautiful creatures can run is breath-taking. Great value for money, with an overview of the history of the centre, the valuable conservation work they conduct and... More

We visited the Cheetah Centre after going up the Cable Way. What a good choice! Together they made a relaxing day out in nature. My visitors from Holland enjoyed the interaction with the cheetah. Most of all we enjoyed the ride in the safari vehicle. Sunei, our guide was excellent and she was able to answer our questions as well... More

That was my second time to go to this beautiful project! Within this 10 years in between visits, not much changed and I enjoyed my second visit as much as I did my first visit. It's an easy trip with visitors and it's close to Pretoria. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and are willing to answer all the... More

This place is must. It is well set up, and to see the cheetahs run was incredible, then the drive through the park in the open vehicle was really interesting seeing a variety of different animals. The icing on the cake for us was the hands on experience of patting one of the cheetahs. We highly recommend this wonderful experience... More

I highly reccommend this trip for anyone, and especially the early morning tour as you get to see the Cheetahs out and running! The tour was great, up close with all the animals and the guides have excellent knowlwdge of all the animals in the park. We did not do the up close encounter with the cheetah as we have... More
