You walk out on a glass bridge located 4,000 feet above the Grand Canyon! It's a pretty cool experience! Unfortunately, you can't take any personal belongings with you such as a camera but they do have photographers out there taking pictures of you for a fee. They also have lockers where you can put your belongings while out on the... More

Garbage, drive was horrible, what a joke. Overpriced boloney for a very long and dirty drive over gravel road for 15 kms of the trip. Absolutely not worth it.

I took my parents to see the Grand Canyon and we had an overall nice experience. The good and bad parts are as follows. The GOOD: 1. It is about 120 mi from Vegas strip. So it is an easy and relatively quick drive. Look for boards on US-93 for directions. 2. The sky walk experience is good, especially if... More

Great experience! We rented a car in Las Vegas and drove 2 1/2 hours to the West Rim. The entire ride went fast due to the natural scenic beauty. We drove for 20 minutes on a dirt rode just to get to the skywalk. One you get there you walk on a glass floor walkway over the canyon. A little... More

If you wanted to be cynical about the skywalk experience you could say that it is blatant profiteering and money grabbing. However, I think we would have been disappointed if we had not visited the skywalk whilst visiting the Grand Canyon. Ok so you are not able to take any personal possessions (including your cameras) onto the skywalk - yet... More

A very disappointing attraction. We were so excited about the Skywalk and did our homework; however after a 49 mile trip off 93 out of Las Vegas (with 15 of those miles over unpaved road,) we were informed that we could not visit the Skywalk (ticket price now $32.05) without also purchasing a $44 ticket for an additional tour. This... More

This is something that everyone should do ... the view when you are on the skywalk is amazing. However - be prepared for the money grab. The skywalk itself is $29.95 - which would be terrific value - BUT - you have to tie another package to this one and the least expensive gives you a total charge of $76.10... More

My husband and I visited the West End Grand Canyon Skywalk Glass Bridge and loved it! It was worth every penny! The people/Hualapai Tribe were wonderful and friendly! We loved the whole experience! A once in a life time! We enjoyed the Joshua Forest on the way! A must! We came all the way from Edmonton, AB, Canada!

At the top of the Grand Canyon in a lesser-known part of the canyon, Grand Canyon West, visitors have a chance to experience the wonder and awe of what American Indians revere about this sacred area. As part of their 1,000,000 acre reservation in the Arizona desert the Hualapai Tribe built a U-shaped glass bridge above the west rim of... More

Drove here from phoenix and definitely do able via compact car despite rental car company clerk giving me a hard time. I ended up driving a hyundai accent and I didn't have any issues. The 9 mile area of upaved road was quite a ride, I def had to let many tour buses pass me and had to wait a... More
