Started out as a great course front nine enjoyable. Back nine challenging. On 16th hole play became difficult because a grounds crew man brought his son with him to mow. The child was driving, child continually pushed something on machine which caused a loud, screeching noise. At the time he was pushing this button, we were putting. The child continued... More

This course is no longer open, play Canoa Ranch Course or for a good value, easier play the Haven Golf Course. There are several courses in the area, enjoy tying all of them.

This course is now closed. I can see this course from my back patio. All the other courses are open and in great condition.

Played this course last month, greens in awful shape, full of weeds or crab grass, ball doesn't run true. Fairways are hard and dry and need watering badly. When landing ball takes weird bounces often leaving you off the fairway. Although they're charging a "water fee" on every golfer, they're obviously not using the revenue to water the course. Off... Canoa Hills is now closed. It was purchased by some investors who own three or four other golf courses in this area. It was renamed San Ignacio North, but soon after that it was closed for (according to the owners) 3-4 years. The green grass has died out, weeds are growing everywhere and needless to say, homeowners who paid a... More

New owners bought this course after years of struggle under the old owners. New owners have now closed it down and are just letting it go to weed. So sad; the course is a terrific layout. Hope that it is sold and reopens since it was a fun course to play.

Another once popular Green Valley golf course that's returned to the brown earth from which it originally sprang. No longer in operation.

Former Canoa Hills is now San Ignacio North. The struggles that the course went through under the prior ownership are still evident, but it's improving. Fairways were generally in good shape, most greens were OK to good, although some were still showing damage. Tee boxes mixed, wish they were flatter. Several ponds have been drained due to water issues, make... More

The course was ok but it is no longer the Canoa Hill Golf course. Instead it is no owned by San Ignacio and is called their "North" course. The course needs some work - mostly water or grass to fill in the holes left by draining the water holes.

course was in great shape and challenging. Great views! We traveled down from Tucson and ended up staying the night. A great resort next door. The restaurant was awesome to hang out in the evening on the patio with a fireplace and TV outside with perfect views of the mountins.
