took grand-daughter there...with "grand-ma" too, and we all had a great time! we always try to take them somewhere of their choosing as part of their B-day presents they get a day with us....and it's always fun to see what they pick. this year, the oldest (9) picked the water park and off we went. it was great, we got... They lazy river is missing tiles and just a hot mess, Near the bathroom which is close to the Lazy River it smelled and for all the money we parents pay to get in. What are they doing with all... Come every year from UK, good fun but some areas a bit grubby and it always smells like a toilet at the tornado. Could do with some updating. Still had fun though

The grandchildren and their friends all had so much fun I was concerned we would never be able to leave. There was room for everyone and the children, both teenage years and younger all had a great time

Positives: Excellent water park with great slides and rides. Lots of lifeguards and plenty of places with shade. Negatives: We weren't allowed to bring in our own drinking water and in Phoenix, that can lead to dehydration unless we bought the park's overpriced bottled water. We had a coupon from Living Social that brought down the cost somewhat, but it... More

My husband and I went...we had a good time...but there were tube graveyards viable from the top of every slide...the dueling water coaster only had one side working...the ramps on some of the towers were in bad shape...lines were miserably long but overall the park did not seem that crowded...I can imagine taking kids would be a nightmare with the... Kids might have fun but its a big ouch in the wallet for extra perks that don't really add up. Unless you live right around the corner. Cups don't last 1/2 - 1 hr in vehicle. Oh that was a perk lost... Don't buy another one, it will happen again! If you are really planning on going just get regular... More

We got there when it opened on a Saturday in August. It was extremely crowded and the lines were unnecessarily long due to shortage of tubes. A major disappointment and the result of the shortage of tubes and slow moving traffic flow. Specifically, they only had 3 rafts for the mammoth falls ride. Additionally, we rented tubes for $6 each... More

We went in the summertime on a Tuesday. We thought it would be less busy in the middle of the week. We were probably right that it was "less busy" but it was still poppin. The lines were loooooong. We didn't want to pay extra for the bracelet that allows you to skip lines. IMHO, that shouldn't be necessary and... More

I have to say that it pains me to have to write such a poor review. This place has so much potential but the Management of the park has gone downhill since our last visit in 2013. It appears that in the 2 years absolutely no investment has taken place, nothing new other than a couple of extra food stands... More
