Fabulous Fountain

The Fountain goes off every 1/2 hour. While you wait, take a walk on the clean and wide trail in the pretty surrounding park. Take time to check out the lovely sculpture.

Apparently even the slightest breeze makes this fountain decide not to display. Tried a few times a day for 5 days and very disappointed that it did not appear to perform. Not much else to do in Fountain Hills, most of the shops are not open due to the roadwork in progress. Just don't make a special trip to see... More

This goes off on the hour every hour from 9 am to 9 pm. Shoots about 200 ft into the air. Runs about 15 minutes. There is a great playground near the fountain that younger children will love.

Fountain Hills, AZ has a small lake in its downtown that has a Fountain that goes off every hour on the hour for fifteen minutes. There is a nice park around the lake. There are shops to visit next to the park and Avenue of the Fountains, a Blvd. that runs east & west dead ending into Saguaro Blvd. at... More

Fountain Hills is a mecca all to itself. Situated just east of Scottsdale this town is loved by all who reside here. A small town feel, yet only 25 minues to Sky Harbor airport, and 30 minutes to downtown Phoenix. We have nice restaurants, and scenery that is breathtaking.

Bring some bread crumbs for the ducks and watch the fountain. There is a very nice playground and small waterpark--all free!

I lived there 30 years ago when it first opened. Major changes since then. Went to the old Bashas store in town where I used to shop. Town is zoned well for industry, shopping and homes.

We were staying about a half an hour away on vacation. Waited until the end of trip to head to the fountain we had talked about seeing at some point. We checked times it launches, picked up lunch and waited ... and waited ... Needless to say the fountain spouted for a short second and disappeared. After searching on our... More
