This is a must visit place if you are into wines. Great selection and friendly staff. Beautiful views.
The views...the wine...I always want to camp out on the patio for long periods of time whenever I visit Callaghan Vineyards. This is one of the most charming estates in Southern Arizona wine country, as well as some of the state's highest quality wines. Don't rush your visit, take time to relax, sip your way through the selection, and enjoy... More
Loved the setting for this winery; beautiful views. Loved the whites - bought Lisa's and a good red Padres. Dog friendly. Knowledgeable help and service! Also loved the quilts for sale - nice addition to the tasting room. Will visit again on our next tour!
What a surprise for us California's. It was a bit of drive but the scenery was wonderful. We went on a Sunday as the wineries are only open Wed. - Sunday. When we drove up we were surprised to find so many cars. It was busy, small wineries, although they were very friendly. We really enjoyed the day
We visit all of the Sonoita/Elgin wineries at least once a year and this is always a stop....won't disappoint!

I was impressed by the wine and... More
This winery has the fullest and most intense red wines in Sonoita. Well worth the trip! Try their cabernets, they are some of the best we've ever tasted!

While I have visited many wineries and have a fairly good base of comparison, I haven’t visited any others in the Sonoita area and thus can’t compare these to other Sonoita area wineries. We were blown away... More
not Napa but nice wines. very friendly staff. tasting has a fee but you get a nice glass. bought a case of wine so liked it pretty well. one of the "stops" in Sonoita
Winemaker Kent Callaghan is simply on point with his wines. The 2013 sampling of Grenache, Mourvedre, and Tanant bottling are old-world styled gems. Great tasting room in the heart of Sonoita farmland.
