Cottonwood, a ghost town on the rebound, is well served for the character and community of this desert diamond! Seating both indoors and outside in a shaded patio. The local, original artwork alone is worth the stop, but the staff, wine and location are all excellent. It is clean and well maintained. It was clear that this venue is a... More

My wife and I stopped here after visiting Pillsbury across the street. We each did a flight. I did the red and she did the white. They had some good ones but nothing begging to go into a suitcase so we left empty handed. That being said, we really enjoyed the staff and the tasting room. It was a great... More

The wines are good. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There is a back patio that appeared to be for members, but not 100% positive about that. You receive a free glass with the tasting (which most of the wineries seem to do). I enjoyed our visit and recommend it as a stop on your tasting tour. Plus Cottonwood's downtown... More

Every visit to the AZ Stronghold wine tasting room is delightful. Kevin and his staff are very personable and knowledgeable about each of the wines they produce. They take the time to explain the wines and where the grapes were grown. They also don't make you feel rushed to taste and get out like some other locations do. I belong... More

Located on Main Street in Cottonwood, very nice tasting room with a bar and some lounging areas to enjoy a bottle of wine. I'm a huge fan of this brand so I was looking forward to trying some of their other wines. They do charge a minimal amount for the tasting but you get to keep your glass as a... More

Tiny tasting room but wine staff friendly and very knowledgeable. Wine grapes come from southern Arizona (Wilcox area) but who cares; the wines were very good, especially the reds. Highly recommend.

Love their wines, especially the dark reds, they always have something new going on, and they are right next door to the newest addition to OTC, the Rum tasting room, where you can get craft cocktails. Now you can have your beer (across the street), your wine & rum all in one block!

This was our first wine tasting experience and we had a gal who had only been there a month but she knew her stuff and I appreciated the time she put into learning and sharing what she knew about the wine making experience. I learned alot and bought some great wine!
