Great place for picnics -- there is lots of space for the kids to run around or play in the Playtopia area, while the adults can socialize in the various ramadas (need to be booked in advance) or play. There are jogging, hiking and cycling paths to enjoy. The Tumbleweed Rec Center and tennis courts are in the same complex,... More

A fun day in March for the family, or a good outing with friends. Inexpensive, several diverse family entertainment venues and lots of "unhealthy, tasty, carnival type food---including Ostrich burgers and large turkey legs.

Check out Playtopia if you have kids between 3-10. Amazing playground - four different themes, including a shaded "barn" and a zipline.

We took our kids: 6,7, and 9 here for a couple hours. The 9 year old was a bit old for the park (I'd say it's target audience is 2-7) but he still had fun on the zip line. There is a huge covered play area and lots of places to sit and some shaded areas. There are a couple... More

Attended a birthday party here - plenty of room for children to play, and the Tumbleweed Rec Center has good amenities including basketball and volleyball courts, exercise facilities, etc. Convenient location just South of downtown Chandler square.

Park is always well kept. Also went into the fitness center and the staff is always great and helpful. Don't have a membership yet, but will soon.

We visited the park on two occasions while on vacation in Dec 2014. Our six and four year old girls loved playing at this spacious park with their cousins. There are a variety of play structures that are well spaced apart and some huge fields where one can play ball/frisbee etc. We do not live in AZ, so we only... More

We went to this park to burn up some energy. We had such a great time that we stayed for 2.5 hours! There is a rock climbing wall, zip line and a covered playground there. There are also plenty of fields around to play football, soccer, etc. Water fountains are located on both sides of the large playground as well... More
