very interesting layout. The course is fun and forgiving on the front nine. if you play the back nine "smart" then you will have a good round. Driver is not needed on apr 5 on the back. This is a surgical nine. You don't have to place the ball far, just in the right spot. Use the lesser club.

The place is destroyed from something getting into the water and now greens are like putting on a 'Plinko' board from 'The Price Is Right'. It was down right ridiculous! The round, range balls, cart SHOULD ALL BE FREE! MAybe just charge me for the BEER! The FUNNY THING IS, I'm not even here to complain about that! I was... More

This is a beautiful course but it is a shame what happened to the greens. Not being able to putt on true greens just takes away from the overall experience. Played in a Tournament and felt bad for the group that booked this well in advance. I am sure they were unaware at the time of booking. Still had a... More

We took a risk at a half price round of golf and were told the greens were in challenging shape. No, the greens are non-existent due to an unfortunate herbicide kill. Other than that, we enjoyed the course and the back 9 in particular is scenic and challenging. Would return under "normal" circumstances.

Dove Balley Ranch is going through some tough time right now with a lousy turn of events that left its greens a shambles (as of Feb 7 2015) and fairways just a bit better. If you are understanding of all of this, you'll get to play a good layout at a discounted price. Golf with cart (with GPS) at a... More

Fairways pretty much wide and not difficult. Greens are the challenge....undulating and the fastest of the courses we played on this trip. Nice views of the mountains. They are aerating the fairways. A good price point when booking on golf now.

This course was still coming back after the seasonal over-seeding, yet was in decent shape. The greens put true and fairly fast. The bunkers do need work (need real sand). The front nine has a number of wide open fairways and is reasonably forgiving. The back nine has more target golf elements, and requires a bit more accuracy and strategy.... More

We got an amazing deal on this course through GolfNow website. It was a warm afternoon but the course was in beautiful shape, fairways firm, tee boxes clean and well maintained. Rough was true desert but well maintained and apart from some damage from the torrential rains in September around the edges of the fairways, it was beautiful. Would recommend... More

Nice course. Good rates-be sure to check online because rates are cheaper there than calling the pro shop!

Great course to start your golf vacation as it is a little forgiving on most holes. It is well manicured and maintained. Eat before as there is no restaurant, but they do have snack food.
