One of the highlights of visiting Bisbee was chatting with one of the brewers here, as he was lighting candles on the patio tables. Told us all about going to England to train in brewing with his daughter. The patio was a great place to sample the beer, Between us we tried the Royal Stout, Double Hopped, and Peach Apricot... We stopped by Saturday night for part of a bar crawl through Old Brewery Gulch. I'm gluten free (severe reaction) and was expected my wife and the other couple we were partaking with would be the ones having fun at this spot. I asked if they had anything gluten free and the server said that all but two of their... More

I love craft and local beers, so I absolutely had to come here during my AZ trip. I got a flight of their current 7 brews, and a chili braut. The beers were all terrific, as I had hoped. I sat out on the patio, which has a wonderful view of the mountains and part of Bisbee. The braut with... More

Old Bisbee Brewing Company drew me in with its small town microbrewery look and feel. They offer a sampler flight containing all of their beers on tap. This provides a great way to get to know the brewery's style and priorities. They are also known for their brats. The beers were delicious, including some more unique offerings than many other... This is an awesome place. Beers were delicious but the real root beer was the best. You need to try SALUT with a peach flavor. Is the best beer I ever had.

Whenever I travel, I always have to check out the local brewpubs. The Old Bisbee Brewing Company had 7 beers on draft & my rule is to get flight to try them all & take home my favorite in a growler. Which is what I did….the Salute' suited myself, the beer drinker, and my friend, the wine drinker. Don't expect... More

Great little brewery on the hill. Limited parking, as with all of Bisbee. Went there for 5 May, they had a hot pepper beer that was great. Usually 7-8 beers on tap, and growlers are available. Bratwurst is good and the chili comes from Cafe Roka.

It was fun to have the taster tray, then choose our favorites! Learned a lot, too. Staff super friendly and helpful! Enjoyed sitting outside! This is a must do in Bisbee!
