We stopped by on the advice of a friend. We got a tour and learned a few facts about the brewing business. Sampled a few offerings. I highly recommend the Salut de la Vie, a brewed concoction that has the taste and color of a white sweet wine. This is the only place in the world that now produces this... More

Great beer bar with awesome local brewed beers. Their beers are available in some of the local Bisbee bars and beyond. Try the beer tasting and sample all of their beers.

Saw the Brewery sign and knew we had to go in. Small, quaint surroundings with beer and popcorn. Try the sampler - you get seven 3 ounce samplings of all of the different beers. The most fun we had in Bisbee!

The beers are all made on location. There are interesting and diverse choices for all palates. The bar staff were very helpful and attentive. Food menu is minimal but good. The outside patio is pretty cool with views of the side street and all the goings on, very festive. Most folks stop for just the one or two and move... More

Stopped by to check out the local beers. Very good selection and very good beer on tap. Nothing in the way of "munchies" to go along with it though. Chili or a hot dog with chips. Great outdoor patio overlooking the parking lot and the backside of main street. Excellent bartender who asked questions about what kind of beer I... More

This place was a good brewery. The friend I was with liked the beer. Note: they have wine, beer, root beer and water. (no other beverages) One of my friends does not drink and does not like root beer. So water was the only option. They have Bratwurst, chili and popcorn. That is the only food options. We were told... I was in Bisbee for almost a full day and found myself at the brewery twice. Loved the story of the holy grail IPA and I thought it was very tasty. The salut was very interesting and delicious as well! Maybe I'm just biased because I love checking out new breweries, but I felt very welcomed. The atmosphere was inviting... More

We visited this place twice. The brews are great, with seven beers to choose from. If you are more of a wine drinker, I highly recommend the Salut. Wonderful chili and Brats, as well as fresh popcorn. It was quite busy when we were there, but our server Casey kept everyone happy!

The beer is wonderful and it is fun to visit this modern brewery in the historic Brewery Gulch. There is very limited food, so don't go hungry. However, overall is a great experience and I'll be back when I'm in the area again.
