OK, there are going to be tourists like me in the place but the number of locals coming and going give testimony to service, food and coffee as well as ambiance that keeps people coming back. You're going to like this place....

A thick creamy stout, delicious, smooth, and tasty. While sipping and chatting with Tianya the conversation spread to our international travels, the enjoyment of other brews, cultures, foods, wine, and espresso. The sense of small town, take care of each other, community was almost as refreshing as the stout (but beer almost always wins out). We appreciated the conversation and... More

Always worth a visit to old Bisbee brewing company when visiting Bisbee. This time we sat out on the patio and enjoyed a few beers on a Sunday afternoon. Perfect!

Tried the sampler first, 7 beers all good partner liked the stout I loved the salut. We sat on the patio in the sun, with misters to keep cool. The brats were great, esp with the added jalapenos. It's a great stop if you are in Bisbee

Took my family here because they are visiting from out of town. The bartender was down right nasty. We walked in and went to the upper outdoor seating area. After about 5-10 minutes she came up to take our order and seemed irritated that we were even there. It was basically like what do you want. When she came back... More

Currently sitting at the brewery with family from out of town, it is 15 Sep 2014 at 4:21PM, our server is rude and unprofessional couldn't get the order correct and when told about her error corrected it by slamming the glass on the table at the upper patio area. I come here constantly buy growlers for home consumption and even... More

A small quaint brewery in historic Bisbee putting out some really good brews. Even though I am not really a beer fan, the wife is. Therefore I have sampled many beers in microbreweries across the country. In my opinion the brews these guys put out top them all.

One of the highlights of visiting Bisbee was chatting with one of the brewers here, as he was lighting candles on the patio tables. Told us all about going to England to train in brewing with his daughter. The patio was a great place to sample the beer, Between us we tried the Royal Stout, Double Hopped, and Peach Apricot... We stopped by Saturday night for part of a bar crawl through Old Brewery Gulch. I'm gluten free (severe reaction) and was expected my wife and the other couple we were partaking with would be the ones having fun at this spot. I asked if they had anything gluten free and the server said that all but two of their... More

I love craft and local beers, so I absolutely had to come here during my AZ trip. I got a flight of their current 7 brews, and a chili braut. The beers were all terrific, as I had hoped. I sat out on the patio, which has a wonderful view of the mountains and part of Bisbee. The braut with... More
