We had a beautiful sunny warm day for the cruise, and the views were stunning. Plenty of sea otters, birds and glaciers. One thing that let the cruise down was the food, as the sandwich I chose was disgusting - not a major point, but worth bearing in mind. I'd also like to have heard a bit more information about... The day I took the 26 glacier cruise it was cold, windy, and rainy... And I loved it! I rode the shuttle bus tour from Anchorage to Whittier with a small, fun group. The boat itself was not overcrowded and we had plenty of freedom and space to move around for a good view without being in the way of... More

As a 30 year resident of Alaska, I want to share with others that this is one of the most amazing experiences you can have. Budget for it when you come to Alaska. It is worth it! We had good stops to take pictures whenever the opportunity arose. The Klondike Express is very comfortable. We found it to be clean... More

We loved our cruise on the Klondike Express. It was 5 hours of stunning Alaskan beauty with stops at 3 large glaciers. The staff was extremely friendly, from the receptionist to the Captain. The food was good, and the boat rode very smooth. The speed of the catamaran was a huge plus. The bar was well equipped. Only negative was,... More

I was lucky with the weather on my trip, it was beautifully clear, only a few clouds in the sky, which made the trip even more spectacular. I took the bus from Anchorage, which at $50 a head I think is a little expensive, when you are already paying $140 (before tax and fees) for the trip. I guess it... More

Booked this trip through the cruise line, so it was expensive - but fabulous. We were out on the water for several hours on a fantastic modern, well equipped and clean boat. They even through in a lunch (I didn't rate the food(sandwich) but the thought was there - think the fish and chips was the best option). We went... More

We had a gorgeous day. It called for rain, but it was sunny the whole time and no rain. The boat is steady and no worries about seasickness. Saw lots of otters swimming along the way and on mini icebergs. Saw the Surprise glacier calve. Saw lots of glaciers. You do have assigned seating but you're really only at your... More

I took the 26 glacier cruise on the memorial weekend. We were lucky that it was a nice sunny day and got to see glaciers and nice scenic view around. Keeping those things aside, one downside was the wildlife viewing. The captain and crew aboard might have seen those animals all their life some millions of times but it is... More

Fantastic day cruise aboard the most comfortable vessel i've ever been on. Scenery is more than you can imagine, boat is outstanding, service is outstanding. We had a meal included in ticket price, one of the better values we experienced in alaska. I see where not all people had this great of an experience , i quess we were lucky... More

We enjoyed Captain Cody and his crew during the transit day after crossing the Pacific from Asia and before going down Alaska to Vancouver. The ship for the tour was well equipped and fast. For the large tour group, seating was assigned in advance, which avoided a stampede. With the upper decks available, it was always easy to see scenery... More
