We were pretty disappointed with Port Ghalib. Marina was lifeless and in shops you could buy mostly fake clothes and shoes. On the other hand, Divino lounge is very comfy and staff is very nice.

A new port built to house many ocean going yachts but virtually empty. Lots of roads and street lighting, which were there 4 years ago when we went, but still not developed. Looks like a buildig site that hasn't got going yet.

fantastic set up with front row restaurants overlooking the marina and shops a row behind .The problem is there is no one there ,we went on a saturday night and the place had about twenty tourists walking round.which is a shame because it has great potential.Did enjoy anise meal and drink in wunderbar(see separate review)

it's a like a small city in the middle of no where, a venice like city with buildings overlooking canals, the Marina and the old town is a great place to grap a coffee or buy some souvenirs !

Port Ghalib looks a lovely place to spend a couple of hours. Unfortunately we only passed through on our way to the sea scope and to the corona divers boat for our snorkelling trip

Only there one night as dive boat drop off and nice lively friendly feel to the place with lots of bars on the sea front and traditional shops behind, mostly selling 'Rolex' etc for ten quid! People of all ages there and really pleasant.
