Ivve been diving for a great many years and for the first time saw a sea cow here. An amazing experience with a great dive crew and boat from Colona DIvers. Again as we expect from Colona, always the best.

Very rough getting there and even rougher getting back but the actual bay beautiful and calm. However there was a very strong wind which felt very cold on getting out of the water.

Nice quiet area good snorkelling and diving for newbies as it is easy to enter the water from shore. The reef is very nice, with areas of really beautiful coral but often there are many boats moored meaning lots of divers in the water at the same time. Nice sheltered bay meaning little or no current but the currents when... More

Very poor visibility and nothing much to see. Richer pickings off the Port Ghalib reef. The diving didn't seem to be worth it when compared to snorkelling for free.

This was the spot for the check dive on my latest liveaboard and my final one. Although it has some live, most of the spot has sand bottom... As I was told, it's because of human touch. They put some small bombing to explore something... What they did was spoiling what mother nature gave to them!!

Lots of fish and turtles, nice coral reef. I wish we did diving instead of snorkeling it would of been much nicer. Turtles were huge and many of them. Overall a great place to go to.

Especially in the afternoon many safari boats stay there for noght and sometimes there are lots of divers at the same time in the water. STill the place is quite pleasant, easy, suitable for beginners. The visibility may be fair sometimes depending on the wind direction (the sand may worsen the visibility).

Great site, visited it a couple of times with Emperor Divers... Nice sheltered bay meaning little or no current. Best dived in the morning for the light and photo's... Take your time here looking for the macro stuff as you will be surprised to what you will discover! If experienced try to do it unguided and take your time...
