I've seen pictures of the water surrounding Bora Bora and knew that if I ever visited, I would have to take a helicopter tour. While in port on a Windstar Cruise, I booked a helicopter tour to see for myself if the water was as blue as the pictures. I was NOT disappointed. The flight lasted about 15-20 minutes and... More

On our last trip to French Polynesia (Tahiti, Bora Bora, Moorea, Taha'a, Huahine), my wife Nicole fell in love with the Coral Garden on Taha'a - calling it her favorite place to snorkel. So, for this year's anniversary trip, to Bora Bora, I chartered Tahiti Helicopter for a morning private transfer from the Four Seasons on Bora Bora to Le... More

We flew on September 15th morning. We were picked up at Bora Bora Intercontinental Thalasso´s helipad for a 15 minutes tour (L'essentiel de Bora Bora). Our pilot was Mr. Delpia. The flight was extremely smooth and Bora Bora from the top is spectacular. The highest point of the tour was about 30 meters above the mount Otemanu. The pilot spoke... More

We've been to French Polynesia several times and had never considered the helicopter. We were staying at Le Meridien and noticed the heliport at the reef area at the back side of the property. It couldn't get any more convenient. The hotel activity desk said they take groups of 4, and it would cost more for a private flight with... More

Had a bit of an issue with the company responding to my emails promptly. Willing to Drop $50 a minute I honestly thought they would get back to me faster. But with that aside, everything did get booked before our arrival. Me and my boyfriend were picked up from the hotel lobby and in no time up in the air enjoying... More

Quick review of Tahiti Helicopters: awesome scenery; it's expensive; but by far the best 15-30 minutes you can spend on an excursion in Bora Bora. The colors of the water are unbelievable and you won't regret spending the $$. I only wish the pilot spoke English so we could have gotten some narrative on what we were flying over. So... More

This is absolutely the best thing you can do in Bora Bora. I wouldn't bother booking prior to travelling to Bora Bora. Book directly with Tahiti helicopters either at the airport in Papeete or at the Vaitape harbour in Bora Bora. You will save yourself a fair bot of money vs booking through your hotel. Our hotel quoted us 30%... More

My wife and I did this the day after we had our wedding ceremony. Arguably the best moments of our trip and something we will never forget. It felt so exclusive and we enjoyed champagne (poured by our pilot) with a professional photographer taking photos to 'immortalize' the experience. Fantastique!! Mauruuru Roa!

We took a quick 7-8 minute flight from Le'Taha'a resort to the Four Season Bora Bora on 2/9/13. Each hotel has a helicopter pad. Great quick way to transfer. Got some great photos as we approached Bora Bora. It was very quick, arrived at the Four Seasons and 20 minutes later we were checked in and on the beach there,... More

We came in on M/V Paul Gauguin, and wanted to see Island by air, before doing remainder of our three days of Bora Bora excursions... We decided on the very romantic Sunrise tour, and, we liked it so much that, later, we took the equally romantic Sunset tour...
