Just a very big park, but with lots of greenery and waterways (Shui Shang means 'on the water'). Quite and relaxing during the weekdays, and good for long meandering walks.
Attractions and food are abysmal, but will not affect your enjoyment of the park (as they are rarely open!)

Very clean and relaxing environment. Great if you can hike or jog here in the morning since the park is huge.
