Eco Tour including Nature Walk and Hiking expeditions in the rainforest of Ketchikan, Alaska. Venture out among the giant Sitka Spruce, Hemlock and Cedar trees and walk along a beautiful creek to a rushing waterfall on trails in the Tongass National Forest. Escape from the crowds, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the natural beauty. Experience the largest National Forest and see areas very few visitors get to enjoy. Sample Seaweed (Alaskan Popcorn) a unique treat prepared by natives. Next journey to a Totem Park, where you will see magnificent Totem Poles and a Clan House. Your local native guide will share their heritage and stories about the Tlingit, Haida, and Tsimshian Alaska Native people. This is a family friendly tour - ask about our scavenger hunt or try geocaching. We also offer custom tours. Small groups of 10 guests or less allow us to provide a quality personal experience.

We went on a private tour with Tracy in Ketchikan 2 days ago. There are many reasons why I would highly recommend Wild Wolf Tours but let me try to summarize: 1- Tracy is a true professional. She responds to inquiries in a timely manner. I book all of our shore excursions privately (not thru the cruise lines) and booked... More

Traci met us at the dock on June 16, 2015 and escorted us to her van. (she is the owner by the way). We had no real agenda except to see all of the area points of interest and maybe a bear? She took us to the north side where we saw an amazing waterfall, and the beginning of the... More

After a tour, went back to review the website and saw we set our expectations for a "hike"too high. Tour is as described. Good walk in a state park area for all family members. Fast walk through edge of national forest.

Tracy promptly picked my family , and magically made the rain stop too. We (11,16, 60, and 62) had a great afternoon wit her, walking a scenic trail, visiting a totem pole park, and gaining information about local natives and customs. Very informative great personality

We booked this tour from the UK after reading previous reviews on Tripadviser and were not disappointed. Tracy met us from the cruiseship port and we were surprised to find we were her only guests! However this led to a very personal tour and we enjoyed the hike through the rainforest. Tracy was very patient with me as I am... More

Guide Tracy was knowledgeable and helpful. Learned a lot about past and current life in this town and about native culture (she is part Tsimshian). Tracy is an effective, effortful, and pleasant tour guide, having founded this company with the "wolf" name in part because she from the wolf clan of her culture. Having grown up in the area and... We enjoyed our time with Tracy. She was very accommodating and picked us up near the restaurant we were eating (Annabelle's). The short walk through the forest was nice and she provided names/details of the plants/trees we saw. The Totem Park was good as well and the descriptions of the various totems was good. She was timely and got us... More

We had a party of 6 friends that wanted to get off the cruise excursion merry-go-round for some quiet time. Tracy took us to all of the places WE wanted to see and gave us lots of time & attention, in an uncrowded atmosphere. She is really friendly, knowledgeable, provided bottled water, a snack, and a dockside pick up/drop off.... More

Our pleasurable experience began with prompt replies to emails from Tracy. Another couple along with my husband and I truly enjoyed our time with Tracy of Wild Wolf Tours. It was a great alternative to a ship shore excursion. She seems so genuinely happy to do what she is doing. She has a wonderful personality, and yet is professional. She... More
