AAA Sportfishing was a great choice for our salmon fishing in Ketchikan. Our cruise line's fishing excursion reviews were not good, so we looked for a better alternative. Fodor's Alaska Ports of Call 2011 recommended contacting the Ketchikan Visitors Bureau. AAA Sportfishing Company (www.fishketchikan.com) was one charter listed with the Visitors Bureau. We just got back from fishing with Jerry Meacham of AAA Sportfishing and we had a great experience. We caught more fish and larger fish than anyone else around.
