This was our first experience on a whale watching excursion and it was wonderful. We began our trip with a very short walk from our cruise ship dock to the Orca offices near the Mt. Robert's Tram in Juneau. We checked in and then boarded a shuttle bus for the ride to Auke Bay. Our purple whale watching boat was... More

There are a lot of choices for whale watching in Juneau. Glad I picked this smaller boat for our excursion rather than the one on the cruise excursion. Got to see the whales bubble feeding. Absolutely Amazing! Staff were professional and courteous. One "caveat" if you are on the Disney Wonder you must take the shuttle to downtown and find... More

We went to Juneau as part of our inside passage Alaskan cruise, and we chose Juneau Whale Watch instead of one of the cruise ship whale watching excursions. It was a great choice. Pick-up was quick and convenient, and the driver of the little bus we took to the harbor was pleasant and engaging. Upon arrival, the boat we took... More

The guys @JuneauWhaleWatch.com said we would see whales and WE DID! The Humpback whales were "bubble feeding" and I have lots of amazing stills and video. Capt'n T and Dan took us directly to an area boiling with whale activity. Their professional attitude made it so much fun for my wife and I. A "must do" on anyones list of... More

This was by far the best part of my trip to Alaska. We were fortunate that we could see a pod of whale blowing and breaching. It was a sight for a life time.

Thank you to start off with, Dirk and Michelle, were an incredible team..We saw so many whales I think the staff were impressed as well! We even had people on the boat that doubled back and they called in shore to accommodate an extra unplanned trip. I thought that was a great touch to make the customer happy! These memories... More

Went whale watching with Juneau Tours and Juneau Whale Watch, and T & Gabi made it an amazing time for me and my entire family. We saw about a dozen whales, and the crew was engaging, professional, and made this an amazing experience. Would book with them any time.

On reaching Juneau, we had lot many options to get ride with number of tour organizers. We were called by each of them and were given options with great deals. Ours was a family tour having kids, very keen in whale watch. We tried to explore all options with tour operators and found Juneau whale watch with Dan and Sierra... More

We purchased the whale watch tour after we arrived at Juneau. We left the cruise hours after it docked. We had barely enough time to take this tour and make it back on time to the cruise ship. The bus taking us was about 15 minutes late. But the bus driver was very friendly and promised that we would get... More

Captain Dirk and Michelle were wonderful! We saw a pod of 5 or so whales and a calf, bubble feeding and breaching right next to our boat! It took our breath away. We had the delight of seeing 3 yes 3! whales breach at the same time. Not only that, we were so close that you could hear them communicating,... More
