The adventure starts with a helicopter tour of the glacier and then we landed on the glacier at the dog sledding camp. The dogs are healthy and happy and the staff is very nice. First they let us interact with the beautiful dogs, then we were off. They have a course set up for the sleds and they allow you... More

One of the highlights of our Vacation. Very Good and Professional service. Would have been happier if the helicopter ride was of more duration. It was short. Sledding experience was perfect.

The helicopter ride was a scenic wonderland. Loved the dog camp and the sledding experience. The staff was terrific and I felt very safe the whole time. It was a panorama of snow and mountains. A highlight of my Alaskn trip.

Great Excursion, well done and highly recommended. Very beautiful setting, friendly staff, knowledgeable and takes you on actual snow and regular sled vs dry land on wheels that other places do, Great interaction as well.

WOW!! What an experience! Highly recommend this trip. Once in a lifetime experience! Our flight was delayed 2hours due to weather but we made it! The Temsco crew were great! We had to land on the glacier lower than the usual landing site due to clouds but got a ride in a SnoCat up to the dogs!! Matt Hall was... More

SPECTACULAR!!!!!!!!! We booked this excursion thru our cruise line. It was the most expensive excursion. But I don't see how it's possible there could be a better excursion. The Helicopter flight was fun and Beautiful and our pilot was very informative telling us about the area. Once on Mendenhall Glacier, we got about a 40 minute ride and each person... More

If you can only afford one excursion on your next Alaska cruise, this is it! How often will you ever be taken by helicopter 12 miles to land ON a half-mile wide glacier to see 280 huskies in training for the Iditarod, and then get to have one of the teams pull you on their sled over a two-mile trail?... We went on this excursion as part of our Alaskan Cruise. I can not recommend this highly enough. The helicopter ride through the mountains to the glacier is the kind of thing you see on TV. Once on the glacier, the camp is all alone in a giant field of snow. The view around is breathtaking. Our guide Nate made... More

We booked this excursion directly through our cruise ship, the Celebrity Infinity. Temsco partners with Alaska Icefield Expeditions to make it happen - I wrote a similar review for Temsco, as I dealt with them extensively before this excursion as our daughter has a physical disability and I of course wanted to make sure that all details could be worked... OK, so I have written many good reviews but this one place probably changed my life forever. OK so I love animals already and a glacier visit was on my list but this was simply incredible. Yeah its expensive but so is everything in Alaska and now that I have been with my Guide and now friend Keith on top... More
