Prior to my visit I read up on the Brewery as well getting there. Thanks to many who wrote about the shuttle!!! Well spent $15 each for my girlfriend and I.Picked up at the Alaskan Brewing Companies store in the center of town. The sign- in is on the 2nd level, if no one is there a list is on... More

Get the shuttle at the Brewery store in the main shopping area. The drive is nice (saw tons of bald eagles). The beer is great!! It is a guided tasting not really a tour, it was well worth it!

This brewery was a gem of a find. Really big free taster samples. The crew is very informative and friendly. Plus the beer rocks too! A must see in Juneau.

It's a little far from the downtown if you're with a cruise but there's a shuttle or city bus to get you there. Beers are all really good. I've tried 10 of them and loved them all! We enjoy going on brewery tours and 6 free samples are awesome. Plus you learn a lot about the brewery and it's beers.... More

My husband and I r beer drinkers and when we travel we love to try the local brews. We were lucky to get to visit this brewery while in town. We have visited a few breweries in the NE and in Alaska they do a SUPER job. Loved the beer.

Great story of entrepreneurship in Juneau. Who knew there was a brewery like this in Juneau?? Interesting history about how been developed. Not a tour per se, because we were not able to walk through the plant, but we could see the facilities behind glass. Great beer samples....very generous portions.

Our group of 6 took a taxi (it was cheaper than the shuttle offered at the downtown store) to the brewery and really enjoyed our visit. LOTS of free beer, and a good amount of history and information offered during the tour. If you like beer, not to be missed.

I love the main Alaskan beers I can get at home, amber, white, summer. But this gave me the chance to try some I amy or may not be able to get at home in the future. The bonus was being able to learn more about their processes and take home some cool gear. Did I mention free beer?

Go to the Alaskan brewery store downtown and ask to take the tour. Its about a 10 minute van ride which included a mini tour of the town with some interesting facts from our driver. We stayed at the brewery for about an hour. The brewery history was a great story and very inspirational. I enjoyed the talk and beer... More
