They have an awesome selection and great atmosphere. Try the Red Knot Scotch Ale or the China Poot Porter.

This is a small brewery that offers samples and beer to take out. It's laid back and relaxed, a good place to sample some beer and kick back. If you like to sample local beer, this is a good spot for you.

The tasting room is in part of the brewery. The beer was good, although it would not make my top 10 list. You can drink beer and watch the planes on the lake across the road. The place is a little hard to find.

There isn't a lot of pretense about Homer Brewing but they have fresh beer brewed right there on tap. The beer itself was good and we sat on the outside covered porch area and enjoyed it as the rain sprinkled down. There was an interesting variety of people there and I liked there "half barrel tables". Stop in for a... More

This little brewery was a great place to get in out of the rain. The tasting room is right there in the brewery. The people were really nice.

The place is a bit difficult to find. Once you turn off of Ocean Drive and turn right on Lake Shore Drive, its on the right. Just drive slow (not much traffic on Lake Shore Drive) and you'll see it. The sign isn't that noticeable but if you hit the end of Lake Shore Drive and need to turn around... More

The people who run the place are nice, but the beer is meh at best. May have to do with the 'in-cask conditioning' aka carbonation with sugar in the keg? Wasn't impressed but would visit again to see if there is improvement.

They only had 4 beers to choose from but it was still worth the visit. Good beer but nothing special. $8 sampler (4 beers) but they do pour generously.

We stopped here on the fermentation tour of Homer and had a flight of beer. It was pretty good beer and the we had a chance to drink it in the actual brewery. It was a fun stop and I'd go back.

Had a good time sampling at brewery. Very friendly people. The scotch ale was the best they had to offer. In terms of beer quality it was not on par with lots of other great Alaskan breweries, but it was more than acceptable. Their pale ale was the only beer that had flaws in it.
