Our day long adventure was mind expanding. The captain was friendly and knowledgable and made the us feel a part of the experience. Lots of history of the area and many great sightings. Have always had this on my bucket list to do. Was a trip that I had always wanted to take. The coffee available was a bonus to... More

We recently visited the inside passage and travelled via AMHS, fast ferry, and the fjordland. The fjordland was our favorite by far. The captain was very interested in making it a great trip and pointed out lots of wildlife along the way. Muffins, juice, and coffee are included. It is an awesome way to get from juneau to Skagway or... More

The captain and crew made the trip a great experience and our bus tour guide did a great job! Lots of whale sightings and the sea lion rockery were the highlights. Good commentary along the route explained both history, geography and biology - very well done. Would definitely recommend this trip if you want a sense of the beauty of... More

We had the most wonderful day, and are already planning to take the Fjordland to Juneau next year! We left Skagway first thing in the morning (on a beautiful sunny day) and headed towards Haines to pick up a few passengers then on to Juneau. Along the way we saw many humpback whales, and several of them were right close... More

Our trip was one of the very best I have ever taken. The Captain and crew were friendly and full on information about the area and the wildlife we encountered. I have traveled the Lynne Canal numerous times but on this trip I saw more animals than ever before. My friend, Beverley, who is no fan of being on the... More

My wife and I recently took the Fjordland Express from Skagway to Juneau. This turned out to be a lot of fun with excellent commentary by the captain. On the trip we saw Humpback Whales up close, tons of eagles, sea lions, and beautiful scenery. More expensive than the regular ferry but you get so much more. This was a... More

What a great trip! It was definitely a highlight of my entire trip to Alaska/Yukon. We departed from Skagway in the morning (probably 8am, I think), picked up a few people in Haines and got on with our trip to Juneau, AK. The boat had some 30 passengers and two-man crew. It took us until noon to get to Juneau... More

We had the most fabulous day with these guys yesterday. Whales, Sea Lions, Seals, Dolphins, Bald Headed Eagles and much much more. Make them your journey of choice Dennis and Dorelle - Australia.

This was a last minute decision to go on this tour, and I'm glad we chose to do it. A little expensive but it was an all day adventure that was fantastic. The wildlife we saw was great, and our guide/driver was very knowledgeable, the deck hand was very friendly and saw to it that everyone was comfortable and taken... More

Glen and Alison Jacobson treat their guests wonderfully. The boat is very comfortable. The scenery awesome, the wildlife was incredible - humpback whales, killer whales, porpoises, seals, and many birds, the captain was very informative about the wildlife and the history of the Canal. The bus tour was also very good of the city of Juneau and the Mendenhall glacier.... More
