Flying over Glacier Bay with Paul was the highlight of our family trip to Alaska. The views were amazing, the plane clean and stable, great views of wildlife and the pilot friendly. We couldn't have asked for it to be any better!

My daughter (11) and I set out on an adventure through se Alaska and stayed in Haines two nights. We had three things stand out on that section of our trip, this was one of them. Paul & Amy with mt flying were the best. We even landed on the beach at the Pacific ocean. That was amazing.

We flew with Paul 5 years ago and this trip to Alaska, Haines was our first stop so we could do it again. Paul and his wife Amy run the business--he flies and she runs the office, books the flights and provides pick up and drop off service as well. It is well-run, safe, fun and affordable. They are punctual... More

My wife and I happened upon this small business while walking around Haines, one of our ports of call from our Alaskan cruise. We had planned on doing a flightseeing tour in Ketchikan, but since there was little to do in Haines, I stepped inside Mountain Flying Service's storefront to inquire on pricing and flight plans. I was pleasantly surprised... More

An experience of a lifetime with an extraordinary pilot and guide. We expected to be impressed but Paul made it an even more memorable experience. We recommend it to everyone. The aircraft and onboard equipment have allowed us to fully enjoy the scenery (breath taking) within a feeling of safety at all times. After having travelled the world, what a... More

Paul was an excellent pilot, very experienced and knowledgable, a cool guy and great narrator. The scenery was unreal and well worth the expense to see it from the air. No way to see this without flying. We added a beach landing. Also great. And his wife was also very helpful with the arrangements and transportation. Great lady.

My husband, my two grade school aged kids, my dad and I took a flight with Paul out of Skagway and over Glacier Bay National Park. We had a beautiful, clear day and, even though our glacier landing didn't work because of the recent rains, we landed for a while in an open field. I was nervous about the flight... More

We had a beautiful flight with great scenic views and a spectacular glacier landing. The flight was 1,5 hour and we enjoyed it. We flew over multiple glaciers and made a smooth landing on a glacier. You are really on the top of the world over there and we had enough time to take all the pictures we wanted and... More

Flight with Paul in his superbly maintained Beaver over the area in and adjacent to Glacier National Park from Skagway, Alaska. Easy connection from the town center to the airfield. A pilot with over 25 years experience in the area, so knows the location of the animals like Mt. Goats and the glaciers. Distant views of Mt. Fairweather. The only... More

Paul dropped us (5 ski mountaineers) close to Mt Harris (a border peak with Canada) and picked us up a week later. We have nothing but great things to say about Paul, his plane and his operation. He was on time, obliging, and certainly knew the snow and how to fly the plane. His Beaver is immaculate, as is his... More
