Everytime I come to Alaska I am awed by the majesty of the mountains and spectacular vistas. Today blew me away because I saw it from a very different perspective....Alpine Air Helicopter! This might be the most amazing "ride" I have ever been or will ever be on in my life! After flying through part the Chugatch Mountain range surrounding... More

I read reviews before booking and thought it can't really be that good right? It's better. I had high expectations for the glacier landing tour but they were exceeded. The views are simply amazing flying through the mountains. I live here in Alaska so I've seen glaciers and the landscape but this was the most amazing way to see it!!!... More

This is such an amazing adventure - to fly through the valleys and then up to the face of the glacier and then to land on it! It is so beautiful to see the sun setting over the mountains as you rise over them and to look down into the deep crevasses of the glaciers as they begin their journey... More

We booked dog sledding for 16 people in July 2013. Everyone, from Glenda who helped us set up our excursion many months in advance, to the dog mushers and dog handlers who had so much knowledge to share, to the pilots who wanted to show us all that they could, were wonderful! This was an experience of a lifetime! They... More

Everyone from the front desk, to the pilot to the dog handlers were very friendly, informative and helpful. An awesome experience. My wife and I did lots of things in Alaska but this was our favorite. Breath taking views.

The dog sledding adventure was a once in a lifetime experience. This was our first helicopter ride. We loved it but wished it would have been longer. Even though the weather was less than optimal, we still enjoyed the experience. After the dog sledding, we got to play with the puppies. They are so cute. Everyone was great from the... More

we took a chopper ride initially for 1 hour but as soon as we started we decided that 1 hour was just not going to be enough. this was my second chopper ride (had taken 1 from vegas to grand canyon before) but this definitely trumps that. the pilot banked the chopper 2-3 times so that we could see moose... This was the highlight of our trip to Alaska. It was so awesome to fly above the mountains and land on a glacier. Our pilot took tons of photos like a pro, and gave us a cup of glacier water. Throughout the flight, our pilot looked for, and pointed out various animals, making sure we got enough time for photos.... More

After talking to Glenda at the hanger and sales desk, I booked the regular tour where you travel by Helicopter to the middle of a Glacier and actually land. After a spectacular sightseeing and bear spotting tour, the Pilot found a nice "dirty" spot and put the Helicopter down on the Glacier. I quickly learned why he picked a dirty spot... More

We originally booked a trip to the glaciers and Prince William Sound but due to awful weather the pass over the mountains was closed. So, we explored a few more glaciers. The entire experience was quite breathtaking - the pilots landed us close to a glacier and we hung around there for almost 20 mins. On the pricey side -... More
