These guys Rock! Their philosophy is great they want divers to have the best possible dive experience...end of story. If you want a crowded dive where the operator just wants your money then go somewhere else! We first met Nana and Grant at the Sunset Resort where they were doing free pool dives. They introduced my 14 year old daughter... More

On arrival in the Cook Islands, I scoped out Cook Island Divers following the reviews on Trip Advisor. Having hired a scooter, I followed the sign off the main loop road to Cook Island Divers. There we met Greg, the owner who has immense diving experience and after a chat we booked in for a dive the next day with... More

Just back from an awesome double dive with Cook Island Divers. Had a refresher in the pool with Ian the day before and immediately decided to book for a dive off the coast. Nga was our dive master for the day - he immediately set the scene with his friendly confident and calm approach to the day ahead. We were... More

Just arrived back home from five weeks in Rarotonga. Three of the weeks were a family reunion. One of our sons got "Introduction To Scuba" as a Christmas gift. What a wonderful feeling it was to dive with our son. Nana's calm instructions made our son love Scuba. We saw Lion Fish, Nurse Sharks, plus hundreds of other colorful fish.... More

Sound instruction from Nana on day one. Looking at sea life so far down is a real experience. I was picked up each day from my accommodation by Greg (the owner). I was the only client for the two days, so was fortunate in that. Day two I felt a bit rushed in the afternoon, probably because I was a... More

Having dived in many countries and especially in Australia with numerous operators, I found Cook Island Divers to be one of the most experienced operators I have had the pleasure to dive with. It was more about the diving and the experience than grabbing your money. Greg really made you feel part of the dive crew and whilst it was... More

Now in our sixties we had Scuba diving on our "Bucket list". We visited Raro for 4 weeks February 2013 and decided to learn how to dive. Ian and Nga was super patient and professionally in dealing with the "oldies" We passed our open water dives and OH BOY!!! did we feel proud. When the dive certificates arrived from PADI... More

I got my first diving course there, with Greg as the teacher. I was extremely lucky to be the only student (it was low season). It was great, he explained everything in a clear way, with touches of humour that made it very enjoyable. He put great emphasis in safety, as it should be. The practice was also great, he... More
