You won't actually see a working farm. They will give you a short speach simply explaining how the pearls are cultured and then take you to their store.

We enjoyed our visit so much! The family owners and the rest of the staff were warm and friendly. We listened to a lecture about the farming of black pearls and the different sizes and qualities and colors of pearls. In 2006 a group of us spent 2 weeks sailing around French Polynesia. One of our stops was at the Motu Pearl Farm. We were greeted by a lovely lady who was married to a Dane.
