Thank you Eric & Christine for our fantastic horse ride. We booked the sunset ride as we wanted to feel the tranquility of the experience - it was everything we wanted and more! The horses were stunning and easy to control. I loved being able to try rearing my stallion in the water, where he had lighter weight and I... More

Huahine was the last stop on our cruise ship tour of French Polynesia. We had prebooked the tour and were met at the tender dock. As others have said it is a beautiful ride to the farm - we saw a lot of the island. We liked that there were only two other people in our group besides us so... More

Don't know what to think about this place. Made a reservation for a sunset ride months on line months in advance and got an email confirmation, only to arrive and have our hotel tell us the place had called and cancelled us. There was apparently a larger group that had arrived since our reservation was confirmed. They place offered us... More

Eric met us on tender dock and we had a quick trip to the farm. Others have already described the ride perfectly. All you need to take on the ride is a water proof camera to capture some great memories. Thanks Eric for the tip on the restaurant in town, the fish was delicious.

We were met right when we got off the tender. There was another couple from the ship and Eric loaded us into his pick up truck and off we went. It was a bit of a drive but it was a great drive. When we got to the farm Eric introduced us to Christine, our guide, and our horses. We... More

The experience from beginning to end was welcoming, well organized and all around relaxing. Eric the owner, manager and horse trainer was a wonderful host. I could see he truly loves his horses and his life on the Island. This makes it that much more enjoyable to share the experience of the ride with him. The trip across Lake Fauna... More

Eric was so calm and gentle and just being around him made you relax. I can see why certain people have a gift with animals, humans included. I have ridden horses a few times in my life, mostly as a child and my husband was a newbie. They did a wonderful job explaining all the basics and off we went... More

We really enjoyed our two hour ride with La Petite Ferme. We appreciated the time the owners took to make sure we were all comfortable - kids included! Our kids have been on horses a few times, but are novice riders. We were pleased that they were willing to accommodate our request of 'walking only' - we wanted to enjoy... More

We love horsebackriding when we are on vacation, but we will not partake in stables where we are concerned that the horses are not properly cared for, or, frankly, with boring rides. We also chose not to ride on a beach in Mexico where there were delicate turtle eggs. After reading reviews of La Petite Ferme, however, it sounded perfect.... More

Really wanted to do this, but they were on vacation when we were there in June. Check ahead with them if this is on your list.

We are really sorry you missed our horseback riding. We closed "La Petite Ferme" one month in june, for the first time in five years. We are usually open every day in the year, and this was unfortunatly an exeption. More
