Eric met us on tender dock and we had a quick trip to the farm. Others have already described the ride perfectly. All you need to take on the ride is a water proof camera to capture some great memories. Thanks Eric for the tip on the restaurant in town, the fish was delicious.

We were met right when we got off the tender. There was another couple from the ship and Eric loaded us into his pick up truck and off we went. It was a bit of a drive but it was a great drive. When we got to the farm Eric introduced us to Christine, our guide, and our horses. We... More

The experience from beginning to end was welcoming, well organized and all around relaxing. Eric the owner, manager and horse trainer was a wonderful host. I could see he truly loves his horses and his life on the Island. This makes it that much more enjoyable to share the experience of the ride with him. The trip across Lake Fauna... More

Eric was so calm and gentle and just being around him made you relax. I can see why certain people have a gift with animals, humans included. I have ridden horses a few times in my life, mostly as a child and my husband was a newbie. They did a wonderful job explaining all the basics and off we went... More

We really enjoyed our two hour ride with La Petite Ferme. We appreciated the time the owners took to make sure we were all comfortable - kids included! Our kids have been on horses a few times, but are novice riders. We were pleased that they were willing to accommodate our request of 'walking only' - we wanted to enjoy... More

We love horsebackriding when we are on vacation, but we will not partake in stables where we are concerned that the horses are not properly cared for, or, frankly, with boring rides. We also chose not to ride on a beach in Mexico where there were delicate turtle eggs. After reading reviews of La Petite Ferme, however, it sounded perfect.... More

Really wanted to do this, but they were on vacation when we were there in June. Check ahead with them if this is on your list.

We are really sorry you missed our horseback riding. We closed "La Petite Ferme" one month in june, for the first time in five years. We are usually open every day in the year, and this was unfortunatly an exeption. More

I would never believe that this island ride would be so fun. I met up with another tourist from France and the two of us took the ferry from our hotel to Fare and was met by Eric and took a short ride to his stable. The horses were is great shape and with saddles. We started on the basic... More

A fantastic way to experience Huahine at Sunset! Eric was our guide, as we rode very gentle horses along the beach and lake. Highly recommended.

This was out first stop on the cruise and a very relaxing way to see the sites. The horses are well taken care of and the people do a great job of running things. A small family run operation as most are in these islands. You are matched with a horse of your caliber and all are very gentle. They... More
