After going to Moorea via cruise ship, we found Hiro's team at the cruise tender dock. We had a fantastic day. A 30 minute boat trip to a motu (island) gave us great views from the lagoon of spectacular Moorea. We snorkelled between two motu's with lots of fish to see, including a 4 foot brown morey eel. Had a... More

The best group tour we have taken while in Moorea. Hiro pick us up from Pearl Resort Moorea where we got on his boat to tour the island. Along the boat ride, Hiro and his hilarous assistant Marco gave us history of the island, then off to a private motu/island to snorkel and to have a bbq lunch (rice, beef,... More

One of my favorite activities was spent with Uncle Marco learning about the history and culture of the island, stopping to swim with the sharks and rays, and then a BBQ of local delicacies prepared by his family on a private island. This is a must!

Yesterday was completely different, exhausting and great. We did Hiro’s tour in Moorea. This is very similar to Patrick’s tour in Bora Bora, but with a different cast of characters. We snorkeled, BBQ’ed and drank. First off, the Princess shore excursions had priority on tenders. Unlike Bora Bora, where they took Elites 90 at a time, the only took two... More

Met Hiro on Moorea when we got off our princess cruise. Marco took us by boat to swim with sting rays and sharks. Was fantastic. Then great barbecue lunch on an island and some more snorkelling. Loved it all.

This was a wonderful experience for our first time visit to Moorea. We met Hiro by chance at the Papeete ferry terminal, and he gave us many suggestions for our visit, restaurants as well as activities. We booked the Hiro's tour directly from him which was less expensive than booking through a concierge service. The tour was highly entertaining and... More

It was a great trip that started around 9:30am and finished about 3:30pm. The boat ride was slow, but gave us an opportunity to sight see. We stopped to see the tikis placed under water by people that inhabited the island a long time ago. We swam with the stingrays and sharks. We made our way to a small island... More

We arrived via Princess ship, but due to weather our Princess excursion was cancelled. At the warf we just happened onto Hiro's Tours that was leaving in five minutes. Fantastic timing. Great to see everyone swimming with the Sting rays, and seeing them fed. I was to scared to enter the water, but loved the experience. Later tour around the... More
