My husband and I did this onour last day in Moorea, and it was well worth it. The guides were awesome and it gives you a little glimpse of what scuba diving would be like (I am not scuba certified yet). They give you instructions on what to do while in the water, and the guides are down there with... More

It is a great activity for non swimmers! They put a big helmet on you and you could breathe normally under water. We saw a lot of tropical fishes and several sting rays. Vincent was our guide and he did a great job. The length of this activity was 30 minutes and we really hope to stay longer in that... More

A lot of fun for non divers. Lots of fish and stingrays and you can be as young as 6! We took our 7, 8 and 9 year old and they all did great. You don't feel claustrophobic and it is easy to move around.

Stefan picked us up and took us to the boat. He was so professional, friendly and charming, and then when we met both Vincent our Dive Guide and Valerie the Under water Photographer, we both knew it was going to be exciting and amazing. They were all so professional and "safety" was evident in everything that we did. The most... More

My wife and I traveled from the U.S to visit Moorea for 5 days and took this tour having already experienced tours in Tahiti and Bora Bora. This tour definitely had a touristy feel to it. It cost $75 USD per person, but I had them charge it to my credit card in francs. I had emailed Vincent in advance... More

As a waterphobe who cannot abide water in a mask, this type of "dive" is the only one for me. The helmet allows glasses and picture taking. Even a nervous person is put quickly at ease in a calm environment. A good length [30 minutes] allows one to see lots of fish, stingrays, and coral. Vincent and assistant took great... More

This review is dated but wanted to get it in anyway! The helmet dive is a must-do, especially if you're not a strong swimmer! I was apprehensive booking this since my wife isn't a strong swimmer (and so couldn't snorkel much) but loves sealife and wanted to go with this at any rate. The entire experience - from pick-up to... More

I am terrified of being submerged in the ocean, I cannot swim but I love looking at life under the sea. I was afraid at first but as soon as I got the helmet on it was easy and fantastic. The guys who do the dive are so nice and really help make you feel secure and confident. The reef... More

If you enjoy snorkling and haven't experienced diving this is the excursion of your life! Vincent provided the best helmet dive with professionalism being top notch! I notified AqualBlue by email from the states and was promptly picked up in Moorea at the provided date and time at the pier. He made me feel at ease walking among rays, fish... More
