This dolphin center, among others are simply prisons. The place is extremely small, and I would assume the dolphins were acquired by way of trade, probably from Japan. Supporting swim with dolphin events like this, indirectly support the dolphin drives in Taiji Japan. Please skip this event on your visit to Moorea.

We had a very nice experience with the trainer and the dolphin that we were able to spend some time with in the pool. Animals seem very happy, well taken care of. The 3 dolphins they have there at the moment are all born in Hawaii and had been transported to Moorea. Fun and educational dolphin encounter and something that... More

We were staying at the InterContinental so we passed by the the dolphin pool every day. We did not buy a "dolphin adventure" to get in the water with the dolphins. We were told that these dolphins came from San Diego and had never been in the wild.

Our guide was very helpful and entertaining. It was lots of fun to swim with and handle these magnificent animals and see how smart they are.

Although it was raining very hard while we were in the pool with the dolphin, we really enjoyed this encounter. The trainer in the pool with us was both knowledgeable and entertaining. We really learned a lot, and even got to kiss and hug the dolphin. We purchased a video and have enjoyed watching our great adventure now at home.

We visited Moorea while on my son's Make-A-Wish trip. Swimming with the dolphins was his #1 excursion wish. The group didn't know we were on a Make-A-Wish trip and yet they still made it an absolutely unforgettable trip. Thank you!

We had the opportunity to swim and play with the dolphins! It is unique and very very very nice experience! It is totally safe as there is a guide always next to the dolphins and you. There is a profesional photographer to capture the moments, although the price for both the facility and the photos is quite high!

It was some time ago now but we visited the Intercontinental in Moorea Tahiti and swam with the dolphins. A magnificent experience being in the pool with the dolphins, hanging on to the dolphin whilst it took you for a swim approximately 30 metres under water, feeling it's heart beat in your hands and then getting a great big kiss...
