A jungle gym of fun for kids

The museum is a fun place for kids to explore and play. For adults, they sometimes display interesting art exhibits. Overall it is an interesting place to visit.

interesting place... once a jail now it is converted to a museum and a show place. They have excellent accommodations for conventions and presentations. But it needs more services inside and the surrounding area is not so good at all...

Great place to practice your Spanish skills. Wonderful for kids of all ages. The place used to be a prison and it was remodeled and changed into a kids' museum and scientific attraction. Impossible not to learn a lot in one large building.

This is pure childhood, it's legendary. I love it, the staff is always friendly and they guide you as needed. Also, don't miss the "Casa de las Torrejas". You actually learn a lot.

Nomatter old or young it's fun to be there and learn. From Space down to the sea, lots of experiments to try, for example a earthquake simulater to stand on.

The Kids Museum is a great place for family with young children, it is very entertaining and fun! I recommend staying 1-2 hours. Another good thing about The Kids Museum is that there is food available for purchase and great service!

An inexpensive and terrific place to take the young ones for a few hours of education & fun. I would recommend for kids between 5 & 12 years old. I enjoy going early before it gets too hot or something to do if it is raining with the family.

I was there for an event; not as a visitor to the museum. That said, the people I dealt with from the museum were wonderful. The space was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this space for any event in San Jose, Costa Rica. I would recommend visiting the museum, if for nothing else, it's history.
