The monuments are very beautiful and take after roman style buildings. It's worth your while to take a stroll through it at least once!!!

This place titled "Music Temple" is also the Morazan Park. You don't just go there, you ought to decide if you want to visit the Morazan Park or the Music Temple. You see every regular day this is the Morazan Park, which is a nice place in the city to visit and relax. If you want to visit the Music... More

I have lived in front of this Park in downtown for a decade. It is certainly a must visit place in Costa Rica particularly during Saturdays when the Ministry of Culture has free festivities for the public's enjoyment. The Templo de la Musica will reverberate all types of music soon after the first tent poles jangle the air as workers... More

This is a park that definitely has a "rougher" group than some of the other parks. We passed by and nothing of note was going on that day, but you can tell it just isn't the typical tourist spot. Not sure it is worth the trek, but if you are nearby you can pop over and see it.

We stayed in San Jose back in May and wondered around the streets both at night and during the day. The very different environments I can tell you that. The Templo was pretty cool standing on its own in the park and we took a few pictures next to it on our walk around the city. At night though, this... More

Not much to say really other than pass by it and take a photo or two. If you are not in the area then don't rush here, as it is really nothing too exciting

While walking around the city, I stumbled upon the temple. It sits in the middle of a park where people are either taking a break from work or just enjoying the weather and the scenary. There were people breaking dancing in the temple. Nothing special was going on that day.

We were walking downtown so my friend on her first visit could see the sights and the park was on our path. An afternoon shower gave us the opportunity to spend a bit of time here among young mothers and their children, street performers, skateboarders, and a bunch of just regular folks. Beautifully designed and constructed, a real landmark worthy... More

The Templo de Musica is home to innumerable acts in San Jose organized or otherwise. Most weekends have fiestas that stretch from Parque Morazan to Parque Espana with lots of music, food and crafts. In between and nights the youngins invade with skateboard, unicycle and juggle practise. It's a beautiful scene of boys and girls doing their thing in an... More
