When visitng San Jose I walked from the Parque Nacional through the Paseo de las Damas to the other two parks, Parque Espana and Parque Morazán. I love dto walk around. Beautiful gardens and very interesting architecture from different tomes in the Costa Rican history.

Trees for shade or fields for football/frisbee. Parking around the edge of the park with no issues. Bathrooms available. I did not see any food concessions.... More

I visited this park briefly, and I thought it was a nice and pleasant park to spend a bit of time in, but I would not call it a must see at all.

This was one of many places we visited and I was not very impressed. Yes you hear monkeys, but good luck seeing them without binoculars except for the smaller... More
