A nice small park with lots of trees packed in this small square. The dome, gardens and people there make up the city's vibe. Good for a short stop in between the key San Jose attractions.

This is one special park. The area is beautiful. The museum is near by so we took a walk there. I enjoyed my time here.

What makes San José vibrant and beautiful is the diverse presence of parks in some of its most popular areas. Parque España crowns with high trees and secret trails one of my favorite spots in downtown San José. It's a great place to go for a walk, very intimate and full of flowers and varied vegetation makes it somehow a... More

Looked at all the contributions for places to visit in San Jose. Not a lot of great architecture in the city but this park is well worth a visit either as part of a walking tour or just to chill. It has lovely flowers and trees which we enjoyed. Often things going on around and about the park but check... More

This Park is very close to Parque Morazan and Jardin de Paz. With its mature foliage and flowers as well as decorative fountains and sculptures this park attracts culture lovers for artists displays on the weekends and kissers and huggers at night. Lovely to visit.

We spent a lovely afternoon birding this shady park next to the Edificio Metalico and the contemporary art museum. Full of colorful birds and very relaxing.

If you´re in San Jose this is, by far, the best place to go on a Saturday. You can go and tack pictures, see a show or tack part of a free workshop (sports or artistic). Every Saturday the Ministry of Culture is in charge of preparing lots of activities for the people of the City. Usually fun for me.

It has some very impressive statues of CR first governos- conquistador Juan Vazquez de Coronado, the queen Isabella la Católica. It is next to the Casa Amarilla-or Yellow House-CR Ministry of Foreign Relations. Very picturesque...
