We started out rough. They forgot to pick us up. After a few calls, they realized their mistake and were very apologetic. They sent out two taxis to pick us up. Since we were starting our day 1.5 late. I was afraid we'd miss parts of the tour or be rushed, but we weren't at all. We met our guide,... More

A great choice. First time on horseback for our teen-aged grandchildren. A nice ride through the forest to a beautiful waterfall. Then a swim in a mountain stream. Excellent breakfast and lunch. The guide was knowledgeable and interesting.

My kids (14, 16 and 20) and my wife and I really enjoyed our day with Jimmy and Brisas del Nara. The riding was great, horses matched with our skill-levels very well, and Jimmy encouraged us to "let them run" at times when it was safe. My sons and I had horses that loved to run and we loved it... More

Ive been riding horses for many years and this is by far my favorite horseback ride. We rode with 15 people to a waterfall and had the best time jumping off into the water. The horses were great and we got to gallop a lot. None of that "ride in a line" stuff. SO MUCH FUN. I will definitely come... More

I joined Alphonso and his team for the full day adventure. They picked me up at our hotel and after a 40 minute ride into Londres we arrived for a nice breakfast then got our horses. We rode for 1.5 hours to a beautiful waterfall where we swam and took pictures for about an hour and half. It was a... More

We were looking for adventure, to see the interior, connect with animals, and see a Costa Rican waterfall. Our resort booked this for us and it was awesome!!!! They picked us up at the resort, drove us (about 40 minutes) to their stables. We had a authentic CR breakfast, enjoyed a great view of the Naranja River with turkey vultures... More

I don't usually take the time to write a review on TripAdvisor, but this one is worth taking pause and making a note so others can share this exceptional experience. Brisa del Nara was my best day in Costa Rica! Accompanied by Jordy (who was professional, informative and knowledgeable) we had breakfast followed by a magical ride through the jungle... More

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time. Jimmy was an great tour guide and took excellent care of us. This trip is not for fragile tourist, but with a little bravado, you will have a wonderful time riding through the forest and climbing down to the river through the waterfalls. We tried the zip lining, surfing tours, rafting, sunset... More

We spent a wonderful day riding with two five years olds who totally adored...Jimmy! Of course. He watched over them carefully both on the horses and on the rocks at the waterfalls, but they totally felt like they were just hanging out with their best friend ever. They loved their horses and learned quickly how to guide them correctly. After... More

My wife and I had a fabulous week in Costa Rica, particularly in the Manuel Antonio area. We went on many terrific excursions, but out best by far was the horseback riding with the Brisas del Nara company. We were picked up at our hotel, and transported a half hour into the jungle hills above Quepos. Our 22-year old guide,... More
