Brisas del Nara is a riding outfit and cafe above the Rio Naranjo. From pick-up at our lodgings to drop-off, the experience was upbeat, service-oriented and...horseback riding...en la selva?! Who wouldn't love that?!! My husband and I were taken out by Alfonso (we were the only ones on the full-day ride) who knew that rainforest like the back of his... More

My family went on the horse ride today but it was so much more. We were served a delicious breakfast first, then paired off with our horses and went on the ride. Jimy was our guide and this young man could not have been more kind and helpful. He made sure all of us were comfortable on our horses, was... More

This is my first review on TripAdvisor, and with very good reason!! I wanted to note that we had originally planned on doing a Horseback Tour of Nauyaca Waterfalls with a different tour company. We found Brisas De Nara a more affordable alternative, sine it was much closer to our hotel. My original reason for wanting to take the tour... More

We went with our 2 children 6 & 9. My youngest had a small horse. Their horses looked strong and well fed. One kept stopping to eat grass on the side of the trail. Mine was trotting on the way back. I loved it. The horse's name was Tequila. Jimmy was our guide, he was really sweet and boy can... More

My family of 6 went on the full day tour and we are so glad we did! The 300ft waterfall was amazing and if we took the half day tour we wouldn't have seen it. I have been to the Carolina's and have seen many waterfalls, but this one was just breathtaking! Do the full day tour! Our guide was... More

We started out rough. They forgot to pick us up. After a few calls, they realized their mistake and were very apologetic. They sent out two taxis to pick us up. Since we were starting our day 1.5 late. I was afraid we'd miss parts of the tour or be rushed, but we weren't at all. We met our guide,... More

A great choice. First time on horseback for our teen-aged grandchildren. A nice ride through the forest to a beautiful waterfall. Then a swim in a mountain stream. Excellent breakfast and lunch. The guide was knowledgeable and interesting.

My kids (14, 16 and 20) and my wife and I really enjoyed our day with Jimmy and Brisas del Nara. The riding was great, horses matched with our skill-levels very well, and Jimmy encouraged us to "let them run" at times when it was safe. My sons and I had horses that loved to run and we loved it... More

Ive been riding horses for many years and this is by far my favorite horseback ride. We rode with 15 people to a waterfall and had the best time jumping off into the water. The horses were great and we got to gallop a lot. None of that "ride in a line" stuff. SO MUCH FUN. I will definitely come... More

I joined Alphonso and his team for the full day adventure. They picked me up at our hotel and after a 40 minute ride into Londres we arrived for a nice breakfast then got our horses. We rode for 1.5 hours to a beautiful waterfall where we swam and took pictures for about an hour and half. It was a... More
