This raised park provides a great panoramic view's above the clear Pacific Ocean waters and also has a family of sloths living there. We sometimes see sloth's and spider monkeys playing in the large tree's of Nahomi park. Leaving Nahomi Park we will ride along the raised walkway that borders Quepos and the Pacific Ocean on our way to the ocean ferry that will take us to the beautiful Jungle Island just off shore called Cocal Island. You will experience Cocal and it's beauty. Cocal Island has no bridges or cars, just beautiful natural walk ways and endless beaches. Cocal is home to a small colony of friendly villagers. It is also home to the 2013 World Body Board Champion! Touring the island of Cocal we stop at a Sugar Cane Plantation and you will sample & take some fresh cut sugar cane with you. We stop at a shaded beach area where you can pick your own coconut for a natural drink. Our guides will open the coconut for you to experience it fresh. After riding on the sands of the island and touring endless walk ways and trails, we head back to the ferry and return to the Quepos Marina where our tour ends. « less

Miguel led an amazing Segway tour. First he was sure that we were well-trained on our Segways, making sure that we would all be safe. Then we were able to go to a small island, via a ferry, and tour the beaches and see the Island, a part of Costa Rica less exposed. We snacked on locally grown bananas, watermelon... More

Had a blast with Luis! Like previous reviews, we went through Quepos onto the ferry and over to the island. The small children of the island were so excited to see us and ran out to give high fives. Then after a stop for pineapple we hit the beach for some fast riding . This was a great addition to... More

Had a great time with our two grandchildren learning, quickly, to Segway and then being led by Luis through the streets, across a ferry, and onto the beautiful beach. Cruised down the beach, stopped for fresh pineapple - yum! - and fresh coconuts, easily hacked open with a machete, to reveal the sweet, refreshing coconut water inside. All of us... More

Great guided tour by Louis. We had some rain (pancho supplied), but that made it even more fun. Overall great experience would do it again!

All five members of our family agree that this was the best activity on our trip by far! Our guide Luis was amazing and definitely one of the best, if not the best, tour guides we've been with on this trip. We have three girls, ages 11, 13, and 14, and they all had a blast! The 11 year old... More

We did the 3 hour tour on the Island Damas and it was great. We had a VIP tour with just the three of us. What a great time on the beach at low tide and then we came back through a grat little TIco town. I recomend spending part of your vacation on Segways.

Great attraction to do with your kids. Lots of fun for both young and old. Make sure you use something that better covers your feet than just sandals.

We are now masters of the Segway. Taking the Segway to the fishing village that has zero cars was a plus. Loved all the local kids having fun with us by giving us the "high-5".
